I am sorry that you felt that you had to come here and leave us a 1 star review.
As per our conversations via email we did state that unless the liquid that you had purchased had a genuine fault or the wrong liquid was received we are unable to refund for liquid as stated in our terms and conditions for health and safety reasons and your reason for return was that you no longer need them and don't want to use vapes anymore.
You came to our live chat to ask for recommendations on liquid flavours and did not mention about nicotine strength at that time when a recommendation was made which is true to the fact that the Pod 100 series is a double concentrated liquid designed to match the strong flavours of disposables.
You did know that the liquid you were purchasing was 0mg of nicotine as per TPD guidelines that 100ml liquid cannot be sold containing nicotine and you have purchased from us before online and in store and have had to purchase nicotine shots separately for your liquids.
We did offer to send you out the nicotine shots for your liquid for your desired strength and this was going to be for free, again as per our conversation.
We did try to resolve your issue and you didn't want our help as you said that you were just going to sell the liquid on so we are sorry that it has come to this point.
