Great service from The Alpha Men, I have received my order exactly after 5 working days in Denmark. I'm very satisfied with he condition the items I've ordered arrived and can't wait to try them. Great find but poor customer service
love that I found the Salt and Stone brand there and ordered immediately, but I didn’t like that they didn’t respond to my email.

Does not respect delivery choice
Everything that is an online shop, this is the exact same. They have my product, I'll buy it, nothing new here.
5 stars for that.
But, the thing that annoys me is, that they have 2 options for shipping in DK:
1 - Delivery to door, free
2 - Delivery to door, 30 dkk
I don't see why I should pay, when there is a free option.
But, the thing is.. the "delivery to door" is not delivered to my door.
It is being delivered to a pickup-point.
If I could choose another store with the product I needed, I would do that.
If you don't respect peoples choices, don't give them a choice.

The information shown in our checkout was unfortunately not displayed correctly. The free option applies to delivery to a pickup point, while home delivery should cost 30 DKK. We completely understand that this was confusing.
