I ordered a deodorant from Salt & Stone…
I ordered a deodorant from Salt & Stone and unfortunately got a lot of red pimples under my arm after just one use. I also developed a very itchy skin rash that lasted for weeks. After a break of several weeks, I repeated the use and the same thing happened again. Customer service expressed regret and offered a €5 voucher. In this case, I would have gladly returned the product as a gesture of goodwill. No chance.

Good service, good products
This is an update from 1 star to 5.
1- I had a problem with their customer service, and they made me wait a bit. But in the end, I am happy with their answer and service. (I am changing to 5 since they care about their service and customer satisfaction)
2- They added English translation, thanks! (but it is a bit buggy, the website changes back to Dutch after navigating a couple of times)
3- They have a good range of products, lots of information about them, and tons of blog posts to help you decide on what you need.

I'm very surprised that their score in Trustpilot is not higher, so I will help the... Super nice and helpful Customer Service team.
I made a mistake with the delivery address and they fixed it, very quickly, by sending me a new product to the correct address.
I got the order but there was a little error/misunderstanding. They fixed the problem in less than 2 days. Again, super friendly and helpful people, I will buy from you again.
