I've had the pleasure of dealing with Black Swan Shoppe for one of their very rare Peterson pipes and Curtis and Josh were extremely professional, respectful and gracious through the entire process. Not only did they respond promptly, they conveyed a clear level of integrity that is not often seen in businesses nowadays. I highly recommend this shop for not only the amazing products they offer for sale but even more importantly because of the people working there.

I ordered from this company for the first time yesterday and my cigars arrived today. Very reasonable prices and very well packaged, fast delivery. I will be ordering from here more regular from now on. Thanks

Another great experience with Black Swan. Curtis was very helpful, sending me photographs of individual pipes to aid my selection. Items arrived safely the next day, well packed and secure.
I have never had anything other than a positive experience with 'The backy shop', and would highly recommend them.

A real traditional tobacconist with friendly and helpful staff - it has a large range of cigars and tobacco and unlike other cigar stores who claim to be the cheapest by way of “price match” this shop actually is the cheapest! I highly recommend this company

Excellent service. Following the delivery of a recent order I noticed a few days later that the wrong variety had been delivered (the first time ever)
I contacted them and within no time they agreed to swap them. I received the product the following day complete with a prepaid label for the return. Outstanding !

Bought a Leather cigarette case which was great , had it about 2 months then left on a bench up local Cemetery so ordered another about 2 pm and received new one next morning ! wish all deliveries were that quick Thanks ps my Son went to cemetery next day and found my original one so i now have two

Not so great service or product, I paid extra for next day delivery and didn't get it for 4/5 days later, most of all the product was no good for me, my backwoods was far to dry, leaf wrapped not the sizes they should be and couldn't unrol like you should be able to with most, my whole pack was dried out not happy I wasted £20 on dry old crappy cigars with less that was too short, child unroll and had holes in them all the worst I have ever come across If you use backwoods to roll up with I would avoid this company otherwise you'll waste a whole pack, ive been using backwood for sometime and my usual buyer I just got more from now they in stock and haven't had no issues like I did with the ones I had from here, I haven't had a whole pack be no good on me ever, until now with this company, I have ever only had 1 or 2 be bad no and again, it's expected but a whole back, never! Just for the record i am a registered medicinal cannabis patient and I use backwoods to roll it up in so I know what to expect, they practically unwrap with ease and are quite large leaf and easy to roll back up, I have experience with this and this pack was not as expected I wasted the whole pack due to holes all over the leaf and not being large enough to use for some reason they was all small with holes and tough to get off, due to this and not getting rhe next day I won't be ordering again and if you medicate the way I do then I wouldn't touch this company for backwoods.
