Having tried few other companies, I can say the Black Swan Shoppe is the best out there. Best prices/quality and very particular about the weight they put in their bags. Will be using them again.

Outstanding service! Called them to check delivery options/prices and answered in a timely manner. Staff member polite, helpful and knowledgeable on their services.
Placed order on Friday afternoon online. Accidentally added two lots to my basket, shown when I checked out so called them up. They intercepted this order prior to dispatch, only sent the 5 I required and arranged the refund. Order arrived on time and well packaged.
Many companies once an order received online do not have the ability to change the order, which shows how good their communication is between themselves.
Recommended to all !

I have been ordering my tobacco from Black Swan since lock down.Without exception the service has been excellent, every order has been delivered quickly, often the next day.Sadly my local tobacconist didn’t re-open so I have continued to order as the prices and service is excellent.

Very good quality; an excellent selection of products available on the website and the staff are helpful, knowledgable and polite.
I made a slight error in one of my orders and the customer service staff responded to me within a few hours of my message (and within an hour of their opening times) and solved the problem quickly and without fuss.
My orders typically arrive the day after purchase, they're sent tracked and itemised invoices are sent by email as well as being accessible on the website. A paper copy is also included in the packaging.

So! Good value, quick despatch and delivery/postage times, excellent quality, great selection of available products and truly superb customer service- what more can you ask?

Have only used Black Swan Shoppe online service twice and both times my orders have arrived next day when ordered before 3pm with Royal Mail next day delivery. They have a good selection of tobaccos at budget friendly prices. GREAT SERVICE, will continue to use them in future.

I have always had replies to any queries answered within 30 minutes whether about delivery or the products on sale.
