Never having grown bamboo before I was absolutely delighted with the help and advice given before purchase by Matt. After the order was placed the plants were received within 3 days. Excellent quality and very pleased with the purchase. In addition it was so nice to receive a follow up e-mail giving further instructions as to planting and watering. This type of customer service seems rare these days. I have asked Matt to thank the Tibetan monks for their blessing as I am sure this helped!!!. I would recommend this company to anyone not only for the quality but for the customer care given.

I purchased 4 black bamboo plants from this company at the end of September 2017. I also purchased three black bamboo plants from another supplier at the same time. I carefully followed the instructions for planting. The plants from other suppliers are doing OK. Those supplied by the Bamboo company have all died. Go figure! I strongly advise you NOT to purchase from the Bamboo company.

Great company, great plants, relatively swift delivery albeit an "old school" one where you cant track or add info like say DPD. Difficult to judge the size of the plants you are getting otherwise i'd give it a 5 . In my case I ordered 4 and found I needed 6 . trouble free and fully reccommended

I am so pleased with my purchase, the bamboo is lovely and tall and in a great condition, even after delivery. The Bamboo Company even arranged delivery for a day when I would be at home. The email communication received after purchase was great. I definitely recommend and I will be back to buy more!

Brilliant after care advice received an email few days after receiving my bamboo to remind and advise how to take care of them. I had a query and this was answered by return of email.
