seems that the bathpeople are actually part of Easy Bathrooms who have posh showrooms/catalogues etc. Just had a bath delivered by them in Easy Bathroom van.
Pros - same bath/panel/legs was £440 through ebay (including an Ebay 10% discount) whilst same item in Easy Bathrooms catalogue was £979 (admittedly including waste/overflow as well).
Cons - it finally got here! initially was to be last Wednesday then changed to Saturday (so had to rearrange plumber). Via Ebay messages, tried to get some sort of delivery slot from them. Like pulling teeth! There's no tracking system, couldn't give me an AM/PM slot. Said driver will phone a hour ahead of delivery - so I pointed out that might mean my hanging around at home all day till around 5pm. Couldn't they be a bit more specific? No, delivery routes only finalised the night before delivery. Well then, can someone call earlyish on Sat morning to let me know if AM or PM? Their reponse....we will ask someone to do that. It never happened! Got a call from the driver this morning at 10.25am - be with you in 20 minutes, which he was. And a helpful guy to boot! But their delivery/lack of tracking puts them on a par with Evri. That aspect is very poor....but the price was very good.

Absolutely terrible customer service.
I’ve never experienced such a mess with delivery and returns. Different couriers, no clear communication, and a complete refusal to take responsibility. I’ve been going back and forth for far too long, and they still won’t issue a refund — even though the return failed due to their own chaotic system.

They expect the customer to chase after their mistakes and offer “solutions” that just delay things further. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. If you value your time, money, and sanity — avoid them.

Broken vanity unit delivered, company were not only unhelpful but rude and arrogant. Accused me of breaking it myself and refused to replace item or compensate. Terrible company.

Bought a vanity unit through ebay, when we opened this up it was faulty in a number of places. They have refused to replace it even though you have 6 months to report this. I contacted them on day 38. Terrible company who dont want to do anything to help. Having to apply for a refund through my bank now.

'Go Bathrooms' (aka 'The Bath People' aka Cubico Ltd) sold me a basin with cracks in but refused to take it back or refund me, even though it was faulty and the supplier therefore has an obligation under UK Consumer Law to do so for 6 months after delivery. Terrible service. Faulty product (had two basins from them - both with cracks in).

Awful business to deal with. Bought a designer radiator via their Amazon shop. Due to a flood we could not fit it within the 30 days and when we opened it it was defective. The towel drying arms were welded at the wrong angel. Clearly no QA and no inspection. Send photos. Refused to take back. I ordered a second and Amazon sorted it out. Would never use them again and would not recommend anyone else to. Very poor service and no attempt to get delivery of replacement out quickly.
