Please Be Aware
Received confirmation of order and payment of my engagement ring on the 4th August. Called them on the 6th August to confirm size, called them on the 17th August as the Web Site says delivery in 7 to 10 days, was called back the same day and was told it wasn't possible to cut a diamond in 7 to 10 days and the ring I picked was no longer available, I would never have known this if I hadn't called them. so my 2 options were move up from 9ct to 18ct and pay another £248 and wait another 3 weeks (£48 more if I wanted it earlier) or a full refund, I was supposed to be having a surprise meal in 5 days to announce our engagement, that has now had to be cancelled, management from the company refused to speak to me, they have now removed the 7 to 10 days delivery from their website as they said this was an error.
Certainly can't recommend....
UPDATE: Got a reply from this company today confirming my complaint was accurate, this company is fronted by a woman from her home address with little or no customer service experience and refuses to give you any contact details of the Managing Director, what she says is final (home address taken from website) READ THE REVIEWS....

Bernard, we truly apologise for your experience - we were not aware that particular engagement ring was unavailable from the manufacturer in 9ct until we placed the order with them, and they started to process it. We have now amended the 7 to 10 days as we are now aware that option is no longer available for the diamond engagement rings. Ultimately as you couldn't wait and didn't want to upgrade to the 18ct option we gave you the full refund and our apologies. I don't remember ever having to do that beofre in the 20 years we have been in business so we are checking everything to make sure it doesn't happen again. I wish you well for the future. I wanted a new 18ct white golden wedding band as my original band was too wide when wearing with my eternity ring. Found this company on line with great reviews.Not disappointed. We ordered a replacement wedding band. The price was the most competitive we could find for what we wanted, and we're very impressed with the quality.
The delivery date was even bought forward for us when I mentioned we would be on holiday during the originally proposed delivery date.

Amazing service. We originally ordered a ring from a different company which we weren't happy with, but we were cautious about getting a new one with our wedding being in 3 weeks.
TBC reassured us that they could deliver on time and they did! My fiancé is very happy with her beautiful ring. We wish we'd gone with TBC in the first place, they have excellent customer service. Thank you so much!

Excellent service. Gold wedding ring came quickly. Excellent communication from company. It was great quality it just didn’t suit me so I sent it back and received a full refund within hours of arrival. Service couldn’t have been better.
