I've stayed with Blueground apartments in Madrid, Dubai, and Zurich, and each experience has been consistently excellent. One of the things I appreciate most is the quality and consistency across their properties - the apartments are stylish, comfortable, well-maintained, and fully furnished with everything you need from day one, which makes settling in incredibly easy as a digital nomad.

The customer service has always been responsive and helpful, the Wi-Fi works great for remote work, and the locations are typically central and well-connected, making it easy to explore the city. Blueground has become one of my go-to accommodation options when traveling, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a convenient home away from home. I'm already looking forward to trying more of their apartments in the future!

Blueground stopped it’s services in Istanbul Turkey and left many tenants like myself stranded with no information on when the upfront payment of 1 year will be paid back, cutting the water, jeating, electricity and the internet with no warning. They don’t answer calls or emails. They have basically ripped off hundreds of tenants and landlords equallg.

It was kind of difficult to find the perfect place for me but once we finally did, the move-in was a breeze!

I have been renting my apartment in Istanbul to Blueground since 2022 (IST-789). When they decided to leave the Istanbul market, they sent out an email notifying me about their decision and that they would cease to manage my property in two months (31 May 2026). I tried to contact them back by responding to that email, by calling their office, and people who worked there directly about how to navigate getting the apartment back and their missing payments. None of them picked up or answered.

For about two months, I tried almost every day to get a hold of someone from Blueground Turkey or Global. Nobody answered or gave any information about what was happening to my apartment. Absolutely ghosted.

I managed to get a hold of the current tenant, and they had indeed paid Blueground in advance beyond May 2026 (Blueground stopped making payments to me since March 2026).

Basically, what happened was Blueground took the money from a tenant, did not make any rental payments to me, and completely disappeared/ceased all communications management without returning my apartment back to me. At the time of this review, I am owed 2 months of rent by Blueground.

This is a warning to any tenant or landlord who is considering working with Blueground. This is how they treat people they do business with.

The move-in and check-out process was super smooth and easy. Blueground staff were very quick to respond to any questions I had, even late in the evening. The property was in a great location, and the building had great amenities and views.

Great apartment in an ideal location of Luxembourg. This apartment was right across a sheep farm which was adorable to wake up to everyday and it was steps away from the bus that brings you right into town! I felt so safe here as a solo traveler and highly recommend.

My stay with Blueground in LA was a genuinely great experience overall. The space itself was well-appointed, comfortable, and exactly what you'd want for an extended stay in the city.
That said, I did run into a couple of hiccups — the A/C gave us some trouble throughout the stay and parking for one of our vehicles was more of a challenge than expected. What stood out though was how quickly and efficiently the team handled both issues. Every concern was met with a fast, professional response and that level of communication is honestly rare. It made all the difference.
If you're looking for a flexible, well-managed accommodation experience with a team that actually shows up when it matters — Blueground delivers. I'd stay again.

We loved our experience. The place was beautiful and so clean. It was perfectly located for what we need. Short walks to everything and everywhere you would want to go in Zurich. 10/10 experience!!

Our apartment was the perfect alternative to staying in a hotel. The space had everything we needed, more space, and really began to feel like ours! Can't recommend enough!

The treatment was professional and I found everything ready and tidy

2nd year in a row with Blueground, San Francisco and Burlingame in particular. Booking is straight forward no hassle requirements. Yes, they might be a little pricier than your typical airbnb, BUT, you get what you pay for. That being said, unit is spotless, appliances are in excellent condition, full kitchen and kitchenware, dinner ware, towels, complete down to sponges and paper towels. Communication is responsive, usually within the day, a day at most whether it be thru email or their app. Refuse to book with anyone else for short or long term stays and will book again if the need arises. Highly recommended experience in the Bay Area!Thank you Blueground!

The apartment was beautiful and in a safe location, but the Wi-Fi never worked during my stay. As someone who works remotely, reliable internet was a necessity and a key reason I booked the property. Despite multiple attempts to get the issue resolved, I was repeatedly passed between different representatives and no solution was ever provided. I spent my entire stay without a functioning amenity that was advertised as part of the rental and was not offered compensation. While the apartment itself was lovely, the lack of support and accountability made for an extremely disappointing experience.

The condominium was beautiful & in a great location for walking to Pike's place & shopping. We chose Ovation because it was close to the Swedish hospital.
