Our boiler was working before service…
Our boiler was working before service but not afterwards. Phoned and spoke to Wayne who refused to come out and correct the problem and told us to contact boiler manufacturer and they would talk us through the procedure! He said Atag boilers are a nightmare. We are pensioners and not able to get on the floor holding a torch in one hand and phone in the other. Anyway, we phoned Atag who were very helpful but told us to get back to Boilerman Wayne as he needed to do the necessary adjustments. Again he refused. His company have been servicing the boiler for six years. What sort of service is that. I'm sure if he took his van to the garage for a service and when he collected it it wasn't working and the mechanic said "phone the manufacturer and they'll talk you through a procedure, I'm not helping you". He would be furious. I'm disgusted with the way he has treated us. No customer service. Left us without heating or hot water. I hope you're proud of yourself Wayne. Shame on you.
