The Boiler Engineer installed a new boiler in our property last year and were very efficient leaving everything clean and tidy. The first service was carried out recently and again the job was done promptly.
Contacting the company was very easy with the phone answered promptly. Follow up emails were sent.
All in all a very good experience.

I can not praise The Boiler Engineer enough, 1st class in all departments.

I am very disappointed with this company and nor would I recommend them to anyone or use them again.
I called them because I had intermittent problems with my hot water and my heating would not come on. I thought I needed a service but they said they could not service the boiler unless the problem was fixed. Instead they suggested they come and take a look and I would be charged for call out.
They did not charge me for a call out, they charged me for a service and issued a certificate.
However the problem was not rectified and I was still left without heating.

I spoke to a friend who is a plumber who straight away told me upon taking the cover off the boiler that the pump had broken and it needed to be replaced. It took him all of 2 minutes to tell me that.
Why an engineer from their company couldn’t see that is beyond me!!!!!
Then have the audacity to charge me £138.00 for servicing a broken boiler.

Do not use them is my advice!

Engineers are always on time and efficient, leave the area clean , invoices are clear and detailed. Above all every employee I have spoken to at this company whether in administration or servicing engineers are polite, knowledgeable and a credit to the organisation. Would always recommend without hesitation and have used for 8 years

So happy to have found Wayne and his team. We had a new boiler installed and from the moment Wayne came round to check our requirements and provide advice I knew we had found the right man for the job subject to quote. A deposit secured the day to visit and both Ronnie and Archie that came to fit the boiler were courteous, clean and careful in the house - they answered any questions well and were helpful. Can't recommend them enough.

On time, efficient, very professional and a good team to have in the house. The job to replace a 30 years old heating system turned out to be more challenging than expected due to a problem with the property but they sorted it and it's all sytems go - a tricky job done well.
