Jamie was prompt and thorough in his assessment of our issues. He clearly explained what the problem was, gave costings and checked that we were happy to go ahead with the work. He worked at a good pace and checked the system was working properly before he left. Thoroughly recommend The Boiler Engineer for customer service, cleanliness and punctuality.

The Boiler Engineers {3} turned up promptly on time and took off their shoes when entering the house. Dust sheets were laid promptly and over 4 days they worked hard to achieve the end result. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they kept us well informed of each stage of the works being done.
