I love getting my burn box

I love getting my burn box every month. The training bulletin is great for anyone looking for new skills to learn or to refreshen what they already know. I can't wait to see what I get each month.

Recieved my first Burn Box today!

Recieved my first Burn Box today amd honestly expected it to be crap, but nope....just the opposite!

Got a Recycled Firefighter card wallet which immediately replaced my old metal one.

Also got a t-shirt (Gilden, not garbage) which isn't even on the company's website.....pretty cool if you ask me.

Finally, got a Res-Q-Rench spanner wrench.

All in all about 85 bucks worth of stuff. Think I might just have to keep this subscription going.

Lack of communication and no product.

I joined in March of 2024 and today is May 25th 2024 and I have only received one box. I know they “ship” on the 28th-30th of every month so if that’s the case where is my box that should have shipped April? I received an email that they were delayed a few days but here we are with no product but my payment was definitely taken. I email customer support and they don’t even acknowledge that I haven’t got my last box they just said boxes ship 28th- 30th it should ship in a few day. Really??

Great Quality

Great quality of products inside my first box. I loved it. I had been needing a multi tool for a while and low and behold there was one inside my first box. Awesome!

First Box, Not Disappointed

It was my first burn box and as a new volunteer firefighter I was thrilled to get 96" of stitched webbing and a durable carabiner.
Hat and shirt seem kinda cheap but everything was great. Looking forward to my next box in a few more weeks!

The Burn Box is "neat" neat like expecting a gift.

The Burn Box is "neat" neat like a birthday gift every month. However I will say there was a run where it was like getting goofy socks instead of a cool tool. However it has been worth the money most months. The tools have been good quality, I've been able to use them on the fireground on several occasions and train with them. The training usually leads to new ideas or remembering old ones. Either way I recommend it, it has been fun and the cool boxes have outweighed the boring boxes.

Was super excited for the box seen nothing but positive things! Than I get it tshirt is see thru it’s a cool design. Maybe a $5 hat a pretty cool mug and strap. Very mis leading from all the other boxes I’ve seen

First Box I would like to return

First Box I would like to return. T-shirt that I am guessing was a kids XL with a small hat. The dollar store tumbler was also laughable. The only thing of value was the strap. Guessing this company was playing a April fools day joke.

I ordered a subscription beginning December 2023 of…

I ordered a subscription beginning of December. Received the box. They took next payment out received the box. On in February and March they took out payment twice and I never received the boxes. I have sent them several message regarding this with absolutely no response. Today I get message saying “the cancellation of my subscription has been confirmed”! I DID NIT request my subscription be cancelled. Where are they getting this information, where are the two boxes they took the money out for but never sent me the boxes and why do they not gave the courtesy of replying to my messages. Guess I will have to take this matter to someone higher up!!!!!!$
