Website was misleading and charged me for a second subscription upon returning from the PayPal link without allowing a final review of my order.

Customer service was unwilling to help and basically said it is my problem.

The box is so expensive and then they add $10 shipping on top of it, they don’t respond to emails and it takes forever to actually get the box. If I’m charged the 15th of every month why is it the 2nd of the next month and it has yet to ship. I’m going to end up paying for another box before we even get the last one. It is quite ridiculous. Also don’t send out auto responses saying it takes a business day for a response back if it’s been a week and I’ve emailed twice and still haven’t gotten a response. Super unprofessional.

Customer service was so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond for me and I certainly felt important and cared for as a customer. I highly recommend this company, as the box I received was also amazing and the contents were very fun and cool. Thank you burn box!

I have really enjoyed my burn boxes for 4 months now!!

Myself and my one son got their burn box the same time, but my other son did not get his but they’ve been getting theirs at the same time. No problem up until now I’m just wondering where my son‘s packages love everything they get.

My son loves these boxes. He just graduated this year in May 2023 from highschool and he took fire and emt at career center. He is enrolled in paramedic school this fall. There is some very cool and interesting stuff in these boxes that will help out in life as fire fighter. And learning new things is a plus. I love the cards that are sent so I learn something new too.

At the first of every month I am always anticipating opening my Burn Box

Just got the newest box, the marine theme is awesome! This is my second month getting the burn box, and I’m already in love!

It’s freaking awesome got an awesome flashlight and knife that definitely will be useful to keep in my gear as this is my first box I’m impressed!

Great box's good tools and other items like shirts and cups. The drills and food items of the month really help with traning ideas and meals at dinner or lunch time!

I was pretty skeptical at first but I thought why not give it a try… and I was blown away by this box! I can see this being a regular subscription.
