I was looking around for a Chesterfield sofa and came upon this website. I promptly fell in love with the Arundel and ordered some swatches. I mean why not and I was surprised that there was no charge. The swatches came quickly and the communication from the team was great. Just getting my measurements done and then I’m going to place an order. I looked online and checked out the reviews and feedback from various sites and they were overwhelming positive . So that has been helpful .

Excellent service. Very good communication. The delivery was also handled well, friendly and efficient. The Chesterfield itself was perfect.

What a wonderful company! I was drawn to them because their furniture is British made, in their facility in Manchester with local, skilled crafts-people. When we went to view the sofas in the showroom, it was clear that they are super high quality. The service between order and delivery was great, and we absolutely LOVE our new pieces! We ordered 2 sofas and 2 armchairs. Wouldn't change them for the world! If you're in need of a new sofa, particularly a chesterfield, then look no further and give these guys a call!

From our visits to the showroom, to quick advice on the phone, the Chesterfield company were very helpful in helping us select sofas and armchairs to suit our needs.
The products are extremely comfortable and make a big difference to the feel of our home.

The sofa was not delivered within the 4-6 week guideline.

I ordered a tub seat and sofa in dune hazel. The leather isn’t as thick as I would have hoped and is already wrinkled. Not enough stuffing in the seat. I’m not sure how well the furniture will last.

There was no contact from your company I had to phone on three occasions to get any sort of updates! the sofas arrived 5 weeks late after being told six weeks when I ordered them at your premises in Manchester after travelling 200 miles from South Lanarkshire to see sofas in person before given you my business very happy so far with sofas but your customer service lack of was unacceptable and is an area you should do better! as customers deserve better simple communication with the customer if there is delays or problems with orders then let your customers know by picking up a phone and let them know as having to call you is frustrating and annoying as your communication is dire and customers having to constantly call for information about their orders.

Travelled from Derby to visit showroom of The Chesterfield Company, to view furniture we did have a chair made over a year ago.

We are so impressed with the quality and comfort and have now decided to re-order a settee to match.

When it arrived I was stunned how beautiful it was…perfectly made.
It was also incredible value for money.

So happy with my chesterfield wing back chair. Was very informed of its progress and delivery date . Ordering was very easy and been sent the leather samples in the post was easy to choose the finish to match my other furniture. Am now looking to order a foot stool to match .

The wait felt like a long one but at the end it was worth it! Really well made. Each sofa, we ordered 3, weighs a ton. They're solid the leather is beautiful the advice impeccable and the final product an absolute delight to behold.
The delivery guys were top class and the price suited my pocket as I love a bargain!

Samples were sent swiftly which enabled me to choose the best match. My preferred sofa design did not come as standard with the sample but the Chesterfield Company said they could do it, so I am very happy!

I needed to replace a spring and they sent it that day, free of charge, not even postage ... staff were helpful and friendly ... excellent customer service.

Very pleased with our new Oxley sofa in ox blood red. I took my time looking around for my dream sofa, as had been something I had wanted for some time, as love the look of a genuine Chesterfield. We visited the showroom, and staff were knowledgeable, helpful, yet not pushy, this is rare these days! What was also great was you can actually see the sofas being made out the back by staff, like something from days of old! Sofa is beautiful, looks classy, is comfy and easy to take care of, very happy indeed 😀

Bought 2 sofas from the chesterfield company after visiting their showrooms. The fact we were able to see the workshops where these were made gave us confidence we were buying from a company that made the sofas in the UK.
Really easy to deal with and the delivery team of Richard and Luke were fantastic. They brought the sofas in, unwrapped them and put them in place for us. They also took away all the wrapping, really pleased with these guys.
