We love the two leather Tatton sofas we took delivery of on 26.3.25. We visited the showroom before our purchase and found Nathan really heplful. The whole process from our initial order to delivery has been excellent, with good communication throughout. We are delighted with the quality of the sofas and are planning to make a future order.

I have been searching for a particular colour, style, and size of sofa.
The Chesterfield Company have been exceptional in their quest to help me, sending samples of leather and also getting their fabric suppliers to send samples too.
Their customer service is to be admired.
I have not yet ordered, but am extremely grateful to them for their assistance.
They do offer more sizes than most other Companies, even a 3.5 and a 4 seater.
They have new designs in addition to the traditional Chesterfield.

We visited the showroom yesterday and we were met by a lovely young gentleman Dean, he was knowledgable, polite , professional. He helped us to choose the sofas and the leather that would suit us best . What an asset to your company

We ordered the free samples to help decide which leather to select for our new sofa. They came really quickly and allowed us to be confident we were selecting the right one. Based on that we ordered our new sofa.

The website selection process and ordering process was very straight-forward, making it very easy to order a highly customised sofa and armchair. I received an immediate response and receipt, and my order is expected to be delivered within only a few weeks - very pleased!

Good company to deal with, delivery men were brilliant. Luke and his mate had to take a window out to get the sofa in, it was done quickly without any fuss. Couldn't be any better.

Website very easy to navigate.
Furniture looks great.
Choice of leather, colour, feet,etc great - if you can't find something you like you're very hard to please. Can order swatches so you don't have to guess what it's going to look like.
Also, sales contacted to make sure swatches had arrived and whether any queries.
Will be ordering very soon! 🙂

The efficiency of this company is second to none, We received our samples the next day in the post. After looking at several other companies and wholesale we decided to place an order with The Chesterfield Company. Nathan was very helpfull in every way, many thanks.

The Chesterfield Company were great. Sent samples quickly. Fabulous service, fabulous quality.

STOP don’t buy, they don’t solve your furniture issues my two chesterfield sofas turned up with buttons missing , front arm pieces not attached absolutely disgusting, their quality service doesn’t exist, they want your money and nothing else. With all the negative this company has I think trade and standards need to be informed.
They are rats 🐀 this is my second review. Please also note, they show you an in-house workshop where the sofas are being built. In actual fact, they send the orders to another offsite warehouse to be built. It was this company no mistake.

Excellent service , quality product. Fast and efficient reply to ensure the leather colour and finish was exactly what we were looking for .

I ordered some samples which arrived promptly together with their brochure. I wasn't sure if the samples I had chosen were suitable as I have dogs. I telephoned the company to ask their advice, the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and posted appropriate samples, he also advised on cushion fillings etc I came away feeling confident to place an order in the future

Great customer service and follow-up to ensure I received my swatches. The website shows a good range of leather and fabric sofas which look good quality and well made. They will also honour the sale price if swatches are ordered during their sale, what more can you ask!

Sadly the quality has gone downhill. I have two chairs from years ago which are still in perfect condition. I ordered a new item and wish I had not bothered. My 20 year old G-plan leather suite is in far better condition than what arrived from Chesterfield. Funnily enough when talking to my colleague about this they had heard the same from a friend. The quality used to be so much better and we have the older chairs to prove it and use as a comparison. What a shame. Update - had an independent review from a very reputable investigator following a request from our card company, report confirms the chair is poorly made and templated incorrectly- hence the issues with the seam!. Thankfully we have had excellent service from our card issuer. My advice to any one having issues with this company is to engage your card issuer immediately.

We are very happy with our Nevada leather dining chairs. Good quality Leather.
We ordered them to ensure delivery for Christmas. They arrived on the 20th December. Both The Chesterfield Company (Nathan) & Empire Delivery Ltd worked to make sure we had them as agreed, responding to telephone calls & emails, promptly. A huge thank you to both companies for doing this.

Beautiful handcrafted sofa I ever have. And delivery on time too. Extreme careful in transit and placement.
Will definitely purchase again in the future and will Highly recommend to friends and acquaintances.
