Not accepted anywhere…..

The certificate comes as ‘higher LEARNING assistant level 4’. I have paid the £60 and have gone to my workplace to say I’m a level 4 HLTA and they have said it’s not credited as a HLTA because it’s learning not level. It needs to say level otherwise it means nothing. So this course basically means nothing. Pay them £60 for a useless qualification.

This site is a SCAM

This site is a SCAM! They take your money and then don’t send you the course material. They ignore your phone calls and emails. The link to accessing your course details are not recognised and when you change the password to your very own it still doesn’t allow you access and then it blocks you.

From the looks of the reviews they are issuing some courses but not others to make it look legit. My question to the ones they are issuing is how reliable are they?! This is also why the courses are probably very cheap !!!

My recommendation is for people to explore other websites - preferably ones that are recognised, accredited and reliable such as a college so you know you are receiving the course material that you are paying for.

SENCO course unable to access

No log in details were attached to the email after payment and when I sent an email for help my email was not registered even though they had used it to email me and I was then blocked accessing the portal. This was for the SENCO course.
