I have found it extremely difficult to access the course. Animal physio therapy. I’ve managed to get in on one occasion and started the course. I completed 1 level with 80% pass. The course itself look excellent and I’m sure I could learn a lot from it however, I can’t seem to get back to the course. Please could someone help me. Regards. Kim

CPR course. Excellent theory base. I am doing the practical side this weekend. Also inspired me to buy a defibrillator for the business. On the down side. Expensive certificate. Damaged on arrival

Very poor course
Very poor course. Very little content, no where near the amount that was advertised. "30 hours" took less than 5 and consisted of reading powerpoint slides and a 5 min multiple choice quiz. Contacted asking for a refund but was told refunds are not offered if the course is started, which is impossible as you don't know its waste of time until you start.

Unimpressed
The wording and phrasing of information was informal.
When I received my certificate after completing my level 2 in child play work they had written level 3 on my certificate.
Questions badly worded and some not making sense at all!

Never responds to queries and emails
I made an order for health and social care level 3 and 4 courses and specifically indicated the courses were for someone else with the name of the said person clearly written out but when the certificates came out it was not bearing the specified name,I have been sending emails to this effect and I have gotten no response
