I'm a beginner, I need a product customer friendly, not so sophisticated. Did my research and found it. Searching for a product that not in some other country.

It is unclear if I made the purchase…

It is unclear if I made the purchase through PayPal or using my Bank of America card. I got a code through PayPal and it wasn't clear that payment was applied so I clicked checkout which used my Bank of America card. I only want one shipment of the Ledger OTG Kit or equivalent (your company calls it BitBox Connectivity Pack.

First off the site layout was easy to…

First off the site layout was easy to navigate, and didn’t have 30 adds popping up. Second this is the only place (at least that I can find, and I looked) to buy a physical bitcoin to gift. Third I would say the communication between us was great. I got a receipt and tracking with my purchase. So…. I came back the next day and doubled down on my order.
