This is my second time ordering, could not be happier(with my first purchase as well as my recent one). I trust and will always trust Crypto Merchant with All of my Hardware Wallet needs. 10++

I purchased the wallet in January 2024 and to date (27/03/2024) I have not received it, despite having paid shipping for it to be delivered to me within 3 to 8 business days.

Due to an error on the part of Cripto Merchant, it was dispatched via conventional delivery and, as a result, I did not receive the product or the refund I requested.

Bought wallets in bulk for a class I was going to be teaching this weekend. I paid for 2 day shipping on Friday and by Wednesday they still weren't received. Apparently they're not fans of business AMEX but refused to tell me they canceled the order until I emailed them. I've since had to cancel my class and no refund yet. They told me to pay again and use PayPal instead. I don't have a business account with PayPal, so no.

They're probably fine if you're just buying one or two items for yourself, but if you're a business buying in bulk they'll deny your transaction and leave you in the dark. They admit their understaffed so use them at your own risk. Guess I'll be shopping at best buy down the street instead. Unfortunate.
