Very very upsettng and disappointing regarding my purchase for my grandson
Jordan 2024 retro fear tainers. Waited ages for delivery and when they finally arrived they were 2small. They cost me 187pds 70p plus postage.
I am a 75yr old lady on a small income and when i emailed t ask if i could return or exchange 4a larger size i was emailed bl stating that the policy is NO returns or NO refunds.
This is disgusting t say the least
as this xmas present now is totally useless just like the company. Thanku 4 spoiling an old ladies and a teenagers christmas. !!!

Ordered trainers at £205 for the pair for a Xmas gift, website said up to 10 days for delivery which was plenty of time to get to me. 20 days on and still no delivery. Got told they were sourced elsewhere and needed checking over by their team before sending out to me, and still waiting for that to happen. Shocking service and I'm actually scared at what is going to arrive should anything eventually arrive

Hi ordered trainers 11 December still not received them sent numerous messages and not 1 bit of update totally disappointing

Very poor service I have ordered a pair of trainers for my son for Christmas ordered on the 12th dec it says lead time was 10
Working days! I’ve used the chat service and it has told me that it’s on the way to the delivery depot but that has said that for days! I have also emailed and no reply. Disgusting service and there is no other way to contact them. Disappointing as they are a Christmas very bad service

I ordered a pair of trainers on 9th December - being aware of the 10 day lead time, I thought this would still allow for the trainers to arrive in time for Christmas. According to the site’s AI bot, my trainers are in transit to The Edit and should be with me in 2-4 days; although this has been the status for the last week. I emailed customer services for an update but this email has been ignored. Very disappointed with the service from this company, both the delay and the lack of communication. I would not recommend.

Against all the odds you got me the coveted but also the most sold out Tazz slippers for my daughter! Took a while but Jack in customer service helped me hold my nerve!!

However today I have finally received my parcel and I am happy with my product so I can say it’s not a scam but just takes a lot of time and patience
I also received a free t shirt thank u

products came that i ordered plus a gift bag and a t shirt from the edit ldn nice little touches overall great company customer service is a bit slow and wasn’t completely helpful hense the 4/5 but still happy.

Poor communication & took 5 weeks to arrive

Took a little longer than I thought it would, but as soon as I emailed them, they got straight back to me.
I received my order a few days later and I am so happy with their customer service.
Great quality trainers for a really good price and a free tshirt! My son is going to be over the moon! Thank you SO much!!

If that shipment is not delivered Monday ot latest Tuesday ( 02 or 03 Nov. 2024 ) on my address here in Denmark
you can keep the T-shirt and refound my money into my account immediately.

Ans you can be sure I will write on Trustpilot and elwhere what kind of company you are.

Please avoid at all cost worse experience of my life order came really late and wrong size they would not exchange or refund.

Still not received trainers… places order on the 14th November! I want a refund or the trainers asap! I’ve got an upset little boy I’m beginning to think the website is a scam! No customer service disgusting… AVOID ITS A SCAM SITE! Needs investigating..

Placed an order 3 weeks ago, 9 Nov….now being given the run around.

Was told by customer service it “can take up to 10 days for to ship” order will ship week of 25 Nov. When I requested confirmation of a shipping date was then told ‘they’re busy because of the festive season.

A lot of money spent with nothing to show as yes.

Mail received from Customer services 5-Dec-24.

And I quote: "Having checked this further, I can see that your order has being sourced.

We usually aim to process within 10 days, but it can sometimes take longer- we apologise if this was not clear at the time.

With this in mind, I can now confirm that your ordered items are due to despatch on the week commencing 9th December."

As opposed to mail received on 26-Nov-24:
"Having checked this further, I can see that your order has been sourced.

We usually aim to process within 10 days, but it can sometimes take longer- we apologise if this was not clear at the time.

With this in mind, I can now confirm that your ordered items are due to arrive on the week commencing 25th November."

Clearly a boiler plate response. Have they really "checked this further" or merely changed the week commencing date?

Fool me once....

The trainers I ordered never turned up. Tried multiple times contacting TEL and never heard anything back. Total scam, do not use!

Ordered on the 16th October….. still no shoes…. No ones getting back to me….. I either want to know where my shoes are or a refund….. no customer services at all!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!

If I could give zero stars then I would, placed an order which has not arrived within the 10 days that it states and is now weeks later. Cannot get hold of anyone at customer services after requesting a refund and sending multiple messages which is very frustrating, seem to be going round in circles with no answers or resolution whatsoever. Avoid at all costs.
