Incorrect item ordered. Spoke to Imran and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He even called back later to inform us that the product we actually wanted was no longer being manufactured. Other companies could benefit from their customers service!

Tecc is a great company dont have problems with them staff are always helpful if need help
Ivv been with tecc years now and find there products work well and good value ..
The delivery company causes me problems was best when with royal mail...but nothing i can do about that...in view of your reply thank you you have helped many times over deliveries when not received thanks im saying they dont always deliver when say arel.

Very unhelpful, shocking customer service
Very unhelpful! I ended up receiving a refund instead of my order, due to lack of cooperation to resolve my order issue. Unbeknownst to me when i made the account- the account name needs to match ID given (understandable)... my lastname was however different... the representative of this buisness was very unhelpful towards helping me solve the order issue and i personally will never order from this buisness again! I was offered no resolution other than a refund or i needed to provide ID that matched the last name on my account... the name on the account was my google display name as i previously had explained to them, i also explained that the ID given was my true last name... again no resolution or advice on how to fix this issue was given- only demands to produce identification that matched my account name, which obviously i cant produce because the ID given IS my real name (i cannot provide a document with an inaccurate name)! MY LEGAL DOCUMENT IS MY REAL NAME...THE ACCOUNT NAME NEEDED CHANGING! No assistance was offered on how to change my account name or re do the order correctly- i demanded a refund in the end and bought my items from elsewhere! Anyone who intends to buy from this store and signs up via google account... please make sure to change your display name to your full legal name before completing sign up!
This experience was SHOCKING!
i was not given the option to cancel, change name and re order correctly- i was offered nothing at all that was helpful!

We are a strict 18 plus company and due to UK laws and regulations, we have to be very vigilant when accepting accounts to ensure our products are not falling in to the hands of minors under the age of 18.
When you first create an account with us an automatic age check is carried out based on the information you provided when you created the account, if this fails it then prompts manual human intervention and verification and as we can be subject to audits, if suitable ID cannot be provided matching the name on the account, then we do unfortunately have to cancel and refund and would not be able to accept any such account.
