Still waiting for delivery! Maybe it is time you change courier as Evri is a terrible courier! Lost packages,packages being left at wrong address tracking never works!

Smok Novo 6
My order arrived within a couple of days, everything was correct, and it was a nice touch to include a company pen.
I ordered the Smok Novo 6, and overall it's a good vape. It's easy to use, produces good flavour, and the battery life is impressive.
Unfortunately, I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, and I find the refill system very difficult to use. The pod cap needs to be snapped off, which requires quite a lot of force. Once you realise it's not going to break, it does come off, but it's still not easy. Refilling is also awkward, as you have to push down the spring-loaded filling port while squeezing the bottle at the same time. I found this particularly challenging and have ended up spilling e-liquid on myself a couple of times.
My previous Smok device had a sliding top-fill system, which was much easier to manage. While the Novo 6 performs well in every other respect, the refill design isn't suitable for me. Unfortunately, because of this, I wouldn't purchase this model again.

A no fuss, trustworthy company
