Excellent flight case, very well made and sturdy. Well worth it. No better choice for the custom pedal-board. Fits two VoodooLab PP2+ units a MOEN GEC9 routing system and 17 effects including a wah pedal.

I ordered I custom fitted case for my guitar head. Over the phone the guys are very friendly and gave good advice. Very happy with the finished product.

Would thoroughly recommend The Flight Case Company to anyone, really good communication, very competitive on price and a high quality product, honestly cannot find any faults with their service. Would definitely use them in the future for any flight case needs.

I had a flightcase built for my Marshall 212 combo which fits perfect and is built perfectly.
However, the time taken between order and delivery was unacceptable, especially when the website advertises turnaround time of 2-5 days. I waited over 3 weeks for my case to be delivered, I had to chase the order on a number of occasions, some proactive communication would an improvement to manage the customers expectations if there is likely to be a delay.
Not to take away from the product which is perfect, better communication is a must.

The case is good quality and my amp fits inside perfectly. Very good quality for the price. One star docked solely on the length of time it took to arrive from when I ordered it, almost a whole month with no communication.
Worth the wait though.

What a pleasure to deal with a British company whose priorities are customer service, superbly made products and competitive prices. The FCC will make a case to your exact measurements for any equipment. The quality is fantastic and the attention to detail is top notch! Along with great products, the company is well organised and efficient. Fast communication and good customer support are second to none,
They also have a no quibble policy on returns and refunds.
I wouldn't bother looking anywhere else for a flight case.

I was looking for a flight case for my new guitar amplifier head and decided to buy from these guys as the listing on their website said "often in stock, ready for next day delivery" and elsewhere on their site they suggest that they hold large quantities of popular sizes so you don't have to wait a long time to receive your order.

I paid for my item through their site on a Thursday morning, hoping to beat the midday cut-off point for next day delivery, but was unsure whether they had it in stock or not as at no point do they tell you about stock levels. I emailed them after purchase to ask about stock levels/delivery times. I didn't hear anything back that afternoon (I know I may be expecting service to be quicker than it should be, but bear in mind that they suggest next day delivery is available), so I tried calling them. I called 15 times between 4 & 5pm but each time the phone would just ring until an automated message said that everyone was too busy to answer my call... frustrating.

I later found emails had made their way to mu junk mail, but these were just standard checkout type emails. One of them did say that when you place an order, you get an estimated delivery date, but that didn't show up anywhere.

On Friday morning I received a response to my email which said that all cases are custom built to order and I should expect to receive it after 7 working days. I immediately called them and got through first time. I explained my frustration (to a guy called Mark) about having seen "next day delivery" on their site and then being told to wait over a week. Mark was very understanding and immediately contacted the workshop to see if they could rush my order through and get it out to me the next day - Saturday - which, to their credit, they managed to do. I must say that this was about the best experience I've had with customer service from any company as they resolved the problem without any argument.

Mark checked the listing for my item and confirmed that it did indeed say "available for next day delivery" and should not say so. However, I found the same term on every listing of cases for amp heads that I bothered to look at (10 or so) so it was not limited to just my order.

So, after ordering a case on Thursday, I received it on Saturday. It fits my unit perfectly and I'm very happy with the quality. However, I'd say that the current website (Mark said it's being changed as we speak) does not provide accurate information regarding delivery times. It evens says that custom made cases take 5 working days, which is less than the 7 working days I was quoted for an "off-the-shelf" order.

All in all, the only problem here is this mismatch between actual order processing times and what the site suggests so, if you're ok waiting a week rather than being impatient like me, then this is the company to go to. Bear in mind that all the other flight case companies I've seen take a week or more to make a case, so these guys are not slower than normal.

My 3 stars is to reflect that an online company needs to get things right on their site, as well as with their product, but the product itself is worthy of a higher rating.

I called with quite an urgent request for a case and needed fast delivery. The service was kind, helpful and quick! I would highly recommend them! Great product as well.

Really pleased with the product I got, a flightcase for my ashdown touring 550 combo. Wasn't on their list of products but gave them the dimensions and fits perfectly.

the flight case company are a great company to deal with from the minute your on the phone to them you feel they want to help.

Great flight case but 200 sterling plus 100 delivery to Dublin consider my vox ac15 only costs 600 a big much. BUT GREAT CRAFTSMANSHIP

Yeah my amp now loves me thanks to you guys . Case is strong and agile. Will be back for more for sure.

The only niggle I have with this case was that my Cloud mixer didn't fit as all the cables plug in on the underside. I had to buy a whole bunch of right angle XLRs and make up loads of leads. This cost more than the case itself but I'm pleased with the result. It would have been nice to have more specific dimensions before I bought it. It was a 'manufacturer refurbished item, though so perhaps it was a bit of a one off.

This item took a lot of ordering.
There was confusion on my part about payment.
I could not determine whether I had paid for it or not and had to use their own website for clarification. This in itself was not an easy task.
It took them quite a long time to respond to my requests for assistance.
When that was eventually sorted I had to wait quite a long time for my payment to clear (Why? It takes 'seconds' elsewhere!) and then I had to wait again for the item to arrive.
I think it took over two weeks to be delivered from the time of my order.
To cap it all, it had been bashed about a bit in transit and it had been slightly damaged..
But having waited for so long since my order had been placed I decided to just accept it.
I simply could not be bothered to complain - but I won't use them again.
