Good service, good prices, good communications, processing updates, and prompt delivery.

What a great company. We could not find anyone interested in making outdoor cushions for our narrowboat. I contacted the Foam Shop and they were fantastic from start to finish. They talked us through the process, advised us on how best to make the templates and advised us on fabrics and colours. The prices were very competitive and the estimated time for completion was spot on. Delivery was by courier and arrived the next day after dispatch. We are delighted with our cushions, quality and colour and they match the templates exactly. When you ring, you speak to real people, who genuinely are interested in your business and they could not be more helpful.

Ordering was simple. I was kept completely up to date at every stage, cut and delivered quickly and arrived exactly as ordered. Would recommend to everyone. More than happy to use this company again.

I wish I could give 10 stars. I ordered some replacement covers for some existing outdoor furniture, and provided photos and dimensions.
This company were so helpful and accommodating. and quickly remedied an initial hiccough. Delivery and quality of product were top notch, and the pricing very competitive. They went above and beyond when it turned out I'd made a mistake in measuring up for one of my replacement cushion covers, and quickly made a replacement at a discounted price. I really can't fault them. Can highly recommend.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Needed a lightweight mattress for our Motorhome in a hurry. We were given lots of helpful advice and told how we could save money using certain options. 3 days later we had our new comfortable mattress. Perfect!

After a 100 days following up, I have a daybed mattress that is not up to the specification I was invoiced for. The specific construction of the mattress was advised by the sales person on their side for support and durability. However, what is shipped is a shapeless piece of foam that does not have the firmness necessary to be called any kind of mattress. The sales people talk big game and will tell you all the things you want to hear
1) you will have your item in six weeks
2) It will be built exactly as talked about and pictured in reference
The item was delivered completely out of proportion for the first time after delays and two weeks of following up. The stitching of the cover could be done by a cat with two thumbs.
They recalled the item and went over the order again. Now I have another kind of problem. This business has wasted so much of my time and money. I do not recommend contracting them for anything other than pieces of foam cut since that is all they have the expertise for.

Needed some firm foam to support sofa cushions, perfect

Recently bought a sofa from IKEA and the back cushions were so uncomfortable I was ending up in agony. I thought I was going to have to buy a whole new sofa, but came across this company and thought I had nothing to lose by ordering some super soft foam especially made for back cushions. I only ordered one as my kids aren't bothered by the original cushions - put it on immediately and the relief is immense! So comfortable for my poor back and my bank account is only £32 lighter 😁 ordered July 8th and came today, so not a bad turnaround either.

Great customer service! I mad a mistake and didn't read the lead times tab correctly. One phone call into sales and my order was escalated and delivered within days. Also really good information on website helped me make my choice of foam.

From my first chat with Cy, who took me through the types of foam and then processed my order, it's been a pleasure. I was even able to ammend my order during to my mistake.
2 mattresses were shipped on the arrange date, quality is excellent.
Have no hesitation in recommending and would definitely use them again in the future.
