This is the fourth time I have bought foam from The Foam Shop and every time they have delivered exactly what I needed, when they said they would, and at a very competitive price. Their phone conversations were always friendly and helpful. What's not to like? I recommend them highly.

Great customer service from Thefoamshop who have a variety of products to offer, not just foam. My order was excellently made and VFM. This tale will resonate with many of you. I have a 20+ year old sofa. Still in good condition but the back rest cushions have thinned and lost their support. I contacted the UK company that made the cushions for one of the UK's big sofa companies, DFS. I had the name/model no./date on the cushion tag but the company stated they do not sell to the public. So I contacted DFS who I purchased my sofa from thinking they could do the order for me. Pleasant staff but I was disappointed to learn they do not offer such a service and suggested I contact a local reupholsterer. So I returned to the internet and found Thefoamshop who actually had my cushion on their website. Success and relief. I contacted their Sales who were so helpful. Told them what my cushion was made from and that I would like the same. Based on the measurements I emailed over I was given a quote which I thought was good VFM. I then went ahead and sent off my back rest cushion cover for 2 of the same to be made. Upon receipt Thefoamshop did their own measuring and adjusted the quote by a few pounds, informed me and I agreed. Payment was made over the phone. Overall a simple process. Roll on a number of weeks later and I received my order by courier. Wow. I am really impressed. The products are excellent, and of course fit my cushion covers perfectly. The sofa's seat cushions probably have another year left in them and I will be returning to Thefoamshop for that order. I am just so pleased to have found this company.

Back & bottom cushion refills were requested for a DFS leather sofa. The picture on foamshop site shows a DFS shape, bbut it's only generic MARK the owner said. So the 1st attempt at the back cushions was WAY off the mark and when I discussed it with Mark he was nothing short of being a complete A/H Shouting at me telling me it was my fault the cushion didn't fit & being totally OBNOXIOUS & putting the phone down twice on me. I reminded him there was a 14 days guarantee if "in the unusual event" (LOL) of something not being right He then rung back stating he would look at it & I should send the cushion cover. I did at my expense (now at £55) & the cushion came back NOTHING like the filling from the 1st. This time is was a ENVELOPE type with zip and a square of FOAM inside and the Envelope is too small in the DFS shape over the arm & the length is too long so has to be "stuffed" into the leather cushion. The one RUDE MARK stuffed was lacking reaching the corners of the shape so they're baggy at both ends. I have contacted Rude Mark again & he's saying they need "fluffing up, due to travel" how do you FLUFF UP A FOAM CUSHION????? So although I don not enjoy confrontation if you deal with Rude Mark you'll have no choice I want the real DFS CUSHION FILLER or a refund & including p&P. Bottom cushions just a normal rectangle but even those are all baggy & do not fit the cushion cover as the foam is to thin.

Recently ordered some recycled foam sheets for a packing crate that will contain fragile exhibition equipment. I didn't realise delivery was more than 7 days which would have been beyond the exhibition dates. Rang the office and they pulled out all the stops and despatched the goods within 2 days. Awesome service!!

Good communication during the order fulfilment process, but the foam supplied was 1cm shorter than the dimensions I put in the order.

Ordering exactly what I wanted could not have been easier. Website very user friendly. I was kept up to date as the order went through the different stages and it was delivered on time. Spot on, give them a try.

This is a very helpful company. I wanted new garden foam for my corner settee I phoned up and spoke to Mark Harris he was very friendly and helpful he told me if I sent him my covers he would use them as a template and put them back on the new foam I gave him the measurements and he gave me the price over the phone.I payed the price which was cheaper than anyone sent the covers . He sent me emails to tell me all the progress . They were delivered after 3days in a very sturdy box . They fit perfect and are better quality than the original

I made a mistake ordering & emailed the company. Saturday morning (next day) someone came back to me & completed my order & was so helpful & understanding! Outstanding service in my books!

The website has lots of information about how to measure and what each item is suitable for.
On top of that I contacted them by phone. I was restoring an old armchair that had lost its original cushion so I had no guide as to what to replace. Sy in the sales department was very helpful and even sent me a photo of a similar chair for reference. The end result is a very comfortable 'new' armchair.

Ordered a bespoke mattress for our camper van; really easy to use website, great customer sevice for advice on choices and when making a last min change to the order for increased thickness. Arrived on time to a deadline we had. The quality and comfort is excellent and the cover order (on 21 day lead time) came early with the mattress. Good price for rhe product too.
