Our sofa had long lost its comfyness and support and I’d previously tried to find some cushions that would do the job but I failed. Then I contacted Cy at The Foam Shop and he was really helpful and suggested what we needed. A few days later our order arrived and we couldn’t be happier. Our sofa has a new lease of life and we have somewhere comfy to sit 😊

I accidentally ordered "Click and collect " despite living 220 miles away! The Foam Shop were very friendly and helpful in arranging delivery, and my order was received within 24 hours. Full marks!

This company are fantastic!! They noticed that I had said I wanted my order by a certain date and instead of just ignoring it when they had supply issues and delivering it late, they called me and offered alternatives for colours and whether I wanted delivery of the two items separately if that meant getting one part in time. As a result I was able to just change a colour option which I didn’t mind at all and got the whole order on time, despite ordering a little close to the delivery time. Very happy, would recommend!!

The Foam Shop have been consistent in their customer service and have always delivered ahead of the delivery time. I have ordered bespoke fire pit seat pads twice now, the advice and knowledge of the team ( including the seamstress ) have been superb. If only all businesses had this level of customer service I would highly recommend the foam shop every time.

Ordered a mattress topper for my caravan, the company did not take the correct measurments, the topper sent was the wrong shape and size and it had blue and brown stainng on it, the MD Mark Harris blamed me for their error - only offered a refund or replacemt if I paid the postage. A poor product and a poor service.

Just got my two sofa seat cushions back from the foam shop. I’d sent one of the covers to them as the seams were not standard.
They are better than I’d even hoped for.
It really does look like a before and after picture! They rise up as you stand, no more back breaking puffing up!

I was after new seat cushions for a 2-2-1 combo of lounge furniture. I started with the single cushion & was delighted with the ordering process, the delivery time & the product, so then I ordered all the rest in one go. All are in place now & look/feel great. Only time will tell how well the foam wears, but currently, I couldn't be happier.

Whilst the website is a little busy it does provide some very helpful guidance and advice. The online pricing and ordering process is also very good. The products arrived well packaged and are very good quality - exactly what I needed

They are a wonderful local company to deal with, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. We needed 2 single mattresses but in their workshop they also do all sizes and custom for campers etc. (We got chatting and they gave us a tour!)

I had a daunting task of filling 3 outdoor sun loungers. Thank goodness I got in contact with The Foam Shop, they worked out the quantity, the best product filling and delivered in the quickest time. Extremely efficient and the friendlest team. I would 100% recommend!

Our custom size 3" memory foam mattress topper for our boat arrived yesterday, which we then unpacked and tried out. First impressions are that the topper is extremely well made, comfortable and feels cool even in our lounge. We are pleased that the sheets we ordered with the topper also have the notch around the starboard cupboard sown in and the sheets are deep enough to go under the existing under cushions as well as the topper. We won't have any problem vacuum packing and transporting the topper to Turkey. Overall, we are very impressed and thank you again for your advice to get this order right. We are now looking forward to trying it out on the boat!

I was replacing the scatter cushions for full back cushion for a very tired sofa, I am thrilled with the quality of the replacement cushions and the service from the foam shop, Mark has been incredibly patient with all my requests. My old sofa really does look new, they have done a wonderful job, I would definitely recommend their services.

Received our sofa seat cushions today, very pleased with them. Sent the covers to be filled, was advised by Mark which foam would suit our needs, was very helpful and prepared to do what he needed to get it right for us ( husband has sciatica and needs firm seating) so sent a sample cushion which was perfect so he went ahead with the others.
