Great customer service from beginning to end.I didn't spend a large amount but they still made me feel valued. The delivery was excellent, I will use them again without a doubt.

Truly awful experience. I paid for a tv corner unit online back in May - the item was advertised as fast delivery - 5days. 5 days passed, no contact at all so I contracted them, I was quoted a new delivery time of 10 working days. I asked about a refund at that stage as I could get the same item elsewhere. I was told a refund would also take 10 working days! I agreed to wait for the extended term - no contact after 2 weeks so I chased them again. This goes on and on to present (3 months later) where I still have no item, and a consistent false promise of an extended lead time. They are still falsely advertising the same item as 'in stock; and available with 'fast delivery' which at best is miss-leading, and at worst illegal/false advertisement.
I would strongly recommend you consider spending the extra £20-£30 and purchase from a more repeatable and recognised business - for example B&Q are offering the same item at slightly higher cost - but doubt I'd have my item already.

I ordered the Antoinette Mirrored Small Sideboard from The Furnshop after I read the positive reviews and I wasn't disappointed. I contacted the customer service a couple of times regarding delivery and they responded promptly. I was informed of a delivery date and time and was then contacted the day before to ensure it was still convenient for me. On the day of delivery, the item arrived within the time frame and the delivery men were friendly and helpful. The sideboard was as described and I am very pleased with it. Will definitely order from The Furnshop again.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery.
They are great at keeping you informed every step of the way after you place your order. This even goes as far as the delivery driver ringing the night before he delivers to tell you the time to expect him to arrive with your items. They also send a friendly email once you have received your products, asking if everything went ok with the delivery and checking you are happy with your furniture. Could not ask for more really - Helpful, polite staff and excellent quality furniture.

Ordered an outfit and it’s never arrived. Sent 6 emails. Had 2 reply’s. Tracking details never work! Absolute scam! Don’t use these!

Poor quality items for the price paid and customer service is non existent, they don’t respond to emails or WhatsApp.

Bought a side table that has a seam all the way up the back, a rattle like there’s something loose inside it and a slight chip where what looks like vinyl wrap is coming away at the bottom.

Id avoid this store and buy anywhere else

I ordered 6 dining room chairs from Furnshop and they are absolutely perfect and great price, exactly what I’d been after. Amazing customer service, they informed me the date they would be delivered and a few days before the time they would arrive. The driver was on time and very polite. I love my chairs so much I’ve ordered another two.
