Cant use entire card
Client gave me a $300 gift card for Christmas. Tried to buy an amazon card for $300, declined. Tried again at $275, and it worked. So then tried $25... nope... $20, nope...Another client on another website gave a $250 card, and I was able to purchase amazon for $250. I dont think Giftcards.com wants you to use the whole card. I'm sure they drawing interest off the "unused" funds.
Edit: After many attempts... I did get another $20 of the $25 that was left on the card to go through. The card info is saved in Amazon, so I didnt type things in wrong. and yes Giftcardshop, I have the right company.

Very hard to use and inefficient
Very hard to use. Gives major scam vibes. The customer service person I waited on the phone for almost half an hour to talk to was unhelpful as all get out. She told me to just follow the directions on the card like yeah no duh that’s why I’m calling because those directions aren’t working. they are not well trained or helpful. The website gives a major scam vibes.

Scam
Scam. The gift card doesnt work. I call customer service and they say i should try again. What kind of advice is that? I tried again, doesnt work, wait 20 minutes on their phone line and then they ended the call saying their line is busy. I'm gonna report fraud to my credit card company.

Someone sent me a $25 gift card from here and I could not get it to work. I waited a couple weeks and decided to try again and now there is a warning from my internet security program that their security certificate has expired.
