The Global Payback 

was a victim of alleged Interpol scammers and "global payback" could not get any of my money back. They tried with some letter which they sent to me and then i sent it to the money online transfer sites which i used to send the money and everyone rejected me. Also the ombudsman also rejected me.

Totally a scam, they are thieves do not believe what they capable of.

They charged me $20K upfront fee of 12 percent of my total loss. Their sales representative Dan Weiss told me that I will get the e result in 16 weeks in order to rush me to pay them. My case started since last December and I heard nothing positive and no much moving forward as they told me. All is about I changed two case managers Anton and Lewis since they both quit. All they did so far is ask you send a letter to the bank and Ombudsman. All I got is reject. I highly doubted what they said capable of. Instead moving further for my case, Dan called me to ask more money for the crypto report. Come on I paid $20k upfront according to the contract, why there will be extra fee on that. I already a victim of pig butcher from Cambodia scam compound and need self heal financially and emotionally. I don’t need they give me fake empathy and theft me more .

This company is an scam, they are thieves do not believe what they sais.

They will try to chargue you with an upfront fee of 10 percent of your loss.
They they will ask you for a lot of paperwork, and finally they will send you a letter with instrucions to contact the bank, of course the letter will be rejected and then they will ask you to get in touch with you country ombudsman bureau.
to finally tell you that they did everything on their hands but there is nothing else to do.

Can anyone confirm if Global payback and global payback360 are the same company. Websites look the same but logos are different. Just worried I’m being scammed again

I had lost $42,000.00 from trusting someone that really did not exist. I was devastated and did not know where to turn. I was desperate when I contacted TGP but right from the start they were helpful and dedicated, made no false promises and were realistic. On the7th October2021 I sent an email to my Senior Financial Advisor requesting an explanationas to the numberof Scams reported on the internet that your company has been ivolved in. In our later discussion I was told"the companyhad its account hacked by somebody else and many clients had lost money and they are now going to court". I believed her, she left the firm some months later, my portfolio was not managed after it peaked at around $33,000.00 on the 9th March 2022, and started falling to $13,490.00 in September 2022 at this point I decided to sell my intrest in Gold and USD/AUD and asked for my account to be closed and the money returned to my bank account, this was done on the companies website a note came up stating "your account manager will contact you soon" no contact has been made.I sent two more emails that have not been replied to.Their website is still running and my account shows $13,490.00 credit.
I then contacted The Global Payback company to claim my funds for me to date they have been able to recover 64% of the first claim.

I paid double the money compared to other consultant services.
They essentially just point me to 2 or 3 different parties and I had to write most of the emails and follow every communication.
When I had the first conversation with them the person gave me a 91% chance to get back some or the whole amount of money.

The person that was consulting me did not care at all, he was just giving me an email address and he didn't do anything for the amount of money that I paid.

3.5 months now. My Recovery officer Anton advd to accept $8k from Bank. Now I have the Cyber investigative report from TGP - i have provided it to law enforcement and exchanges involved to investigate. Hope it leads to return of my funds - everything b blessed!

Alert!Alert ! worst than scammers don’t trust Global payback company worst don’t trust them that they can retrieve cryptocurrency fraud. On Jan 20th ,2022 I was scammed by an Agent in cryptocurrency investment and trading.i invested $37000CDN in trading platform and made profit of $46000USD.When try to withdraw some amount for my personal use I came to know I was scammed and after seeing the good reviews I contacted Globack payback ,Agent contacted me and told that 100% we can retrieve the amount and you going put smile on your face. took initially 5% USD from the profit amount and he introduced to Recovery agent so they started the process initially they are having some script to approach banks and Ombudsman which is ADR Chamber nothing worked out since it’s a crypto scam and e transfer from your account they won’t help.Banks are not willing to pay back this kind of scams for the customers its customer ownrisk. When this approach failed the Global payback officer approached and used my emotional situation me again took money $5000cdn to track the wallet where my money went and told this time he can get the account holders but again they Scammed me they showed the wallet id but what is the point if can’t retrieve the money I don’t need any fortune teller or Astrologer to tell me money where it is , I want real approach and effort to get the money to my account. Please, do not give this company any of your money. They are just another type of scam, and most of the positive reviews on here don't mention actual details so be wary of them. I reached out to Global Payback a few months ago because I lost over $18,000 to a site that claimed to do crypto-mining. That site disappeared along with all my funds and I was pretty desperate to get it back. When (named removed by Global Payback) from Global Payback reached out to me, he seemed to really care, made it sound like they do this kind of recovery all the time. Said they would work "both ends" of the investigation and recovery. However, it was going to cost me $2000 up front for them to even get started, and they would still take another high percent of any recovery they got. I was hesitant about spending more money, so (named removed by Global Payback) said they would let me start with half the payment so I could see how it went. I agreed, and then had to sign a contract as well as provide all the documentation for the scam. I gave them all the information I knew about the scam company (it's former website, my crypto payments, their emails, etc). I also gave them the 1k advance. (named removed by Global Payback) then turned me over to somebody named (named removed by Global Payback), who didn't really want to talk on chat and kept trying to get me on the phone to "explain the process". I wanted everything written down, not on the phone, and she didn't seem to want that. Nor did she seem to really be doing anything. Eventually after a month or so I asked (named removed by Global Payback) what was going on since nothing seemed to be happening, and he provided an "investigation" report. It was a total joke. The report talked about the scam company, mostly information I provided to them and the rest easily obtainable from doing google searches and checking the ASIC sites. There was no deep dive into cryto wallets, no tracing of where the funds went, no advanced sleuthing tools, nothing. It was pretty disappointing. When I reached out to (named removed by Global Payback) he didn't respond. When I asked (named removed by Global Payback) what was going on she said she was preparing a letter for my bank to do a charge back. So basically, I realized the main thing this company does it just go after your credit card or bank. Something you could easily do yourself if you just knew what to say to them. After another month I asked for an update, and (named removed by Global Payback) told me they won't move forward unless I pay the remaining 1k. So, in the end, what this company gives you is a worthless "investigative report", and chargebacks to your credit card\bank to get money. This of course can ruin your relationship with your bank if you're not careful. Again, please don't be victimized twice like me. Save your money.

For me, contacting this company was accompanied by a lot of shame and embarrassment, but luckily, it seems that they take that into consideration. The customer service team of global Paybacks is really emphatic and patient! They made all this horrible year a bit more tolerable. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness!

I never imagined I would be a victim of a scam, but there it happened. And it was horrible. I mean, it’s not that I was left with no money to pay my bills, but I was mentally devastated. Only after starting the P procedure with the Global Payback that I started feeling like I regained control over my life. they are true professionals, and their staff is respectful and fast to answer. If they were a bit faster to retrieve the money, I would definitely give them 5 stars. 4 Should be good for now...
