Wrote to head office weeks ago, and sent a prompt a week ago....zero response.

Disgusting company, the way they treat employees is appauling, they discard them like a disposable entity.

The membership fee is cheap so you can expect most of the members to be students. So the place is usually full of groups of teenagers sitting on the equipment scrolling tik tok. They have a huge turnaround of staff, seems to be a new member every few months but they don't last more than a couple of months. Jordan is good, friendly and knowledgeable. Adam only appears to be interested in chatting with the young pretty white girls. During classes, he does not correct anyone doing the move incorrectly. The classes are usually quiet - most likely because they're held on the gym floor for all to see and let's face it, people who attend classes mostly don't feel comfortable with being gawked at when exercising. I know most likely people aren't 'gawking' but people can be paranoid. The gym itself is good, well equipped and generally clean.

Nervous about going. Booked an induction to kickstart some motivataion and settle nerves. Waited around 40 minutes in a busy gym. No one showed. Left. Gym looked clean with plenty of equipment which gets it an extra star but is still sort of minimum.

Code didn't work, paid but couldn't get access. Customer service indifferent and unresponsive. DO NOT EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE From the gym group. Very disappointing.

The price is reasonable and definitely worth the money. Its probably one of the cheapest gyms in city centre and it has the essential equipment for a good workout. The staff are friendly and they keep it very clean in there. I always see staff organizing putting weights in their right place which is something that we take granted for.
The only downside is the vending machines they use. Its so buggy and it took £40 out of my account for one pre workout shot.

-New equipments as you'd expect at a new gym
-Clean everywhere including showers - always seen a cleaner cleaning which is a good sign
-Weight section has sufficient benches and racks including squats x4 and 2x bench press which is really important especially when you go during peak hours
-Getting in and out works well using the code or QR
-Cheapest in Bath (post initial offer) although Puregym is £22.99 for off peak which is only just cheaper

-Can't comment on classes as haven't used them

A brand new affordable gym (Bath) with state of the art equipment and classes. Instructor Jordan is enabling me to improve my health and fitness in a fun, friendly and spotless environment.

I have made the payment on 10th October 2022 but haven't received access code. I went to gym also, but there was no one from the staff. They have mentioned that they are available from 8:00am to 8:00pm from Mon-Fri but trust me no one is there.
Bad experience. :(
