Eva is a fantastic instructor! Showing correct form on how to lift weights. Encouraging, positive and fun - even though a challenging class! Each week she has a different area of focus. Thank you Eva!

The gym in Southend is very fine. I would only add an additional machine to the stairs so that there are 4 :). And she wrote on a piece of paper in the women's toilet that it doesn't burn. There are such cheeky women that they smoke E cigarettes.

Great value membership s,nearby,free classes included in membership, Great range of equipment,clean.Helpful,friendly staff & all will answer any queries.

Really friendly staff and happy to help. The gym floor is always clean and machines are great for the price you pay.

Always a warm and friendly atmosphere, makes you want to come back again and again. Some really pretty staff members, even some of the girls ! 🥰. Tom

unfortunately, my experience of the gym group is not satisfactory.
I have been charged for someone elses late payment. Errors occour but its not good business.
The doors jammed with me in them. Could look into a different system of entry.
The equipment is not cleaned, staff could clean instead of sitting in office.
The toilets are dirty, reported but no one came to clean. People taking photos in the toilet and changing area. Could put up notices of no photos in changing areas or filming of people without permission.
One member of staff is sexually explicit. I do not need to know that her seam of her leggings make her cream as she put it or that she does a tik tok in her knickers to gain followers, this is not professional.
The persons within the gym parade around not knowing how to use the equipment and are not aware of their surroundings. Letting people do their own thing is great but there are some areas that need some vigilance especially around the free weights area.
Their are gangs in the gym and some are selling.
The gym group encourage sugar drinks and this is not healthy. Saying no sugar is not true the sugar substitutes are worse for you then the sugar.
The music is awfully repetitive. maybe change this regularly
No injury or health checks before starting or on visits.
No updates on classes.
Students training and running classes. Some staff unsure of safety.
Get what you pay for! cheap and exactly what you get cheap! Comments taken badly and retaliation of all staff if one is questioned.

Some confusion over footwear at the Southend gym,, staff say no flip flops , but sliders with socks are ok,, company website states only correct footwear is to be worn in gym, no sliders or flip flops,, just wondering if someone has an accident while wearing inappropriate footwear will the gym accept responsibility,,,,

Great machines but need to add may be more different machines. Its crowded sometimes and staff are working very hard from cleaning staff to the trainers. If possible just to expand the building 😜; buying more space from the council to accommodate more people. Friendly staff; mostly cleaners are doing a great job. Staff Trainers are very friendly; which is more welcoming; despite being a very busy gym.

Fantastic gym, lots of equipment, friendly staff, always smiling and happy to talk and give advice.
Very clean and tidy 😄 which I like and woman's changing rooms are clean too, lots of lockers and space for changing etc, showers and toilets are very clean too, which is always a plus

Great gym, always clean, good equipment, very professional and friendly staff. I’ve been training with Joe for 3 months now and never felt better. Even with having a very busy work life, he has found a way for me to fit training into my schedule and stay motivated to keep pushing each week.
He is punctual, extremely knowledgeable and organized during our sessions and makes each one intense and fun. Plus he is a genuinely great person. Amazing experience!

My experience at the gym group has been exceptional. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful and always have time for the customers. The gym is very hygienic as the surfaces and machines are constantly cleaned. There’s a wide range of machinery and free weights -everything you need to maintain a great physique!
