If your cancel your membership they…

Good equipment but very poor human free service. When the pin does not work. No phone number to call. The emails are all sent with no contact number. They has 24hr access but whats with no phone number? Applauing business model.

Daily visitor entry paid - cant get it
Ive purchased a daily visitor entry. Got the entry code. Went there. No access. Push the help button, noo answer! Went home wrote them. Such a miserable service!

I’m very disappointed about the…
I’m very disappointed about the comments of 1 of the ladies from stag . I start with this gym by the time open and is more than 1 year and no one told me about the bag ,but today I count my self about 26 people carrying the bags with them but she didn’t tell to anyone nothing just to me .And don’t worry I will leave the gym my self
