Waste of time

Decent pair of Nike air max 1's. (86's){I thought they were 90's lol) They're mint anyway. Sent by royal mail, arrived quicker than I expected. All good and I got a bargain price in the sale.

Utterly horrendous
Utterly horrendous. Bought an item online. Wasn’t at home, so DPD decided to return it rather than leave it at a collection point. Since then, Hip have failed to credit me in nearly 1 month. They claim to have tried to issue the credit on 4 separate occasions but it has never happened.
I have so far shared >30 emails with them…to no avail. I have now had to put this in the hands of PayPal.
HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

During busy sale periods, products are subject to availability, and unfortunately, items can sell out before orders are processed at the warehouse. I completely understand how disappointing this must be for you.
I want to reassure you that once an order is cancelled, the refund is automatically processed back to your original payment method. Depending on how you paid, refunds typically take up to 5 working days for card payments, or within 24 hours for PayPal. If you used Clearpay, Klarna or Laybuy, your statement will be updated almost immediately, and any funds captured will be refunded directly by the provider.
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe or have any further concerns, please do reach out to us directly, and we'll be more than happy to look into this for you.
