Really disappointing experience.
I ordered 6 pairs of trainers and paid £7.99 for next-day delivery because it was a large order. Instead, Hip only sent one pair, with no email or explanation about why the rest of my order hadn’t been dispatched.
The one pair that did arrive was too big, so I had to return it. I’m now £7.99 out of pocket because Hip is selling items they don’t actually have in stock. If you can’t fulfil an order, you shouldn’t be taking payment for it in the first place.
Poor communication and poor customer service. I won’t be ordering from Hip again.

Ordered a pair of trainers and the order went through and I recieved confirmation. I then got another e-mail to say my order couldn't be fulfilled. Seems like the website wasn't being updated quickly enough and showing incorrect stock. The saddest thing about this is because HIP is closing down. I've bought before and everything was great. Sad to see it go

Super duper price for Nike's
I purchased Nike trainers for my 10 year old. She like it. It was a closing down sale. Since it was too good a price for the shoes, I thought it was a system glitch and most probably my order would be cancelled. However it was a pleasant surprise when I received the brand new Nike shoes for a fraction of the cost.
