I bought a gaming desk for my son. It was delivered on time handled by two lovely gentlemen.
Desk itself was easy to assemble and it is a real gem in my son’s room. He loves it!

I don’t usually write reviews but I have to take the time to do so given the excellent service I have received from this company when ordering a bunk bed for my boys.
From the off the customer service was outstanding. I had previously tried a number of bed companies to get a specific bed I had seen -nowhere could get it out before Xmas but these guys did their upmost to get the bed here for me. I had a long conversation over mattresses with jay over the phone and he was so thorough and his advice was great .
I won’t go on but it’s so refreshing that customer service does still exist and I would highly recommend this company!

Great customer service and well ran…
Great customer service and well ran family business. Had an issue with delivery of the bedframe but was not their fault as it was being delivered by the manufacturer. They followed up with manufacturer and provided up to 3 updates a day. Brilliant service and would definitely recommend.

Asked for advice when I discovered I was a part short on an item of furniture that was self build . James not only identified the part he put me in contact with a company that could supply it. Excellent service especially as the original item was not purchased from this company.

James and the Home and Office Stores are a model store for bedding. I basically needed to set up a bunk bed for my 2 girls immedaitely after moving house and a week before the birth of our next child. I then ordered this bed online, a beautiful bed, little did I know it was even more beautiful in person. Upon making the order I asked James to process the delivery sooner than the estimated date and he managed to do so. There was also another issue the address in my paypal was still referring to the old address and we needed it to be delivered to our new address. I emailed James at midnight upon realising the bed was being sent to the wrong address that same day in the morning by the delivery company hoping he would see it, but as soon as I sent it amazingly he responded and said he will work to resolve it as soon as business hours open. I was amazed. He managed to convince the manufacturers and delivery company to deliver to the correct address and they did so on time which was amazing and for no extra cost also. The assembly was generally ok maybe a bit complex but I didnt care was so excited. The bed is amazing, strong and SO SO gorgeous for my little girls. I could not recomend this company enough honestly the customer service is 2nd to none against all other companies I have ever dealt with. Much props to James and the team. Best bed I have EVER Seen!!
