The first dryer had a piece broken…
The first dryer had a piece broken during transit. Customer services got back to me immediately and ordered a replacement dryer which arrived the next day. The dryer is now installed - excellent service and excellent quality!

After investigation it turns out the issue with delivery of your item is due to a courier error which is out of our control unfortunately.
As a gesture of good will we will refund the delivery charge you paid for this item and get your item sent out again for delivery as soon as possible.
Reference the lack of email response we have now established that this is due to the message being sent to an incorrect email address so these have never been received.
We have now spoken and hopefully all is resolved to a satisfactory level once your airer is received.

My order for a new rotary washing line…
My order for a new rotary washing line was delivered promptly. Owing to the weather I have not yet erected it. I presume all the bits are in the box. The pegs I ordered came in a separate cardboard box that had been damage in transit. The pegs were loose inside the box and I thought some may have dropped out but fortunately they were all there. Everything looks ok and judging from the reviews I read before buying I am sure I will be pleased with my washing line when I put it up. Thank you.

The service given by The Home Laundry is top notch.
The service given by The Home Laundry Company is always top notch. However, this is the second rotary clothes drier which we purchased. Whilst a good sturdy product, the plastic parts are serviceable if used correctly, but if the drier falls over from a closed standing position, we experienced most of the plastic parts smashing on impact. Hence the reason for a new drier.

A very good honest company.
A very good and honest company have bought from them before, we needed a new rotary linen line and as they had a good offer we bought two on delivery which I do have to say was very quick ordered in afternoon received next morning one of my order was damaged in transit,on speaking to the Lady in the office I sent photos of the damage and was told that a replacement would be sent and it arrived the next day. We were very pleased with the service. Thank you the Laundry company
