A little disappointed about how long our shutters took to arrive , but Jaques fitted them and he was excellent

Exceptional service from start to finish. The guy that came to measure up was friendly, efficient, professional and very knowledgeable. He came fully equipped with samples and brochures to help me make the right choice. At no point was he pushy or trying to oversell. The wait time is long, but that is all clearly communicated up front and the company kept sending updates to keep us in the loop. Arranging installation was also super easy and the fitting was swift and neat. We are delighted with the final outcome and couldn't recommend this company highly enough. Thank you!

Danny, Dan & Jim we're the 3 guys who came to fit our shutters, as they walked through the front door they removed there shoes without even asking. All 3 were polite, respectful and jolly and made sure all was left tidy. Danny certainly goes the extra mile and is a perfectionist, an excellent carpenter.

I would highly recommend the home shutter company. Jason and the team you would not be disappointed with. They are better in my opinion than the competition out there. There products are great

Excellent service from start to finish from this very professional company.
Jake did our measuring and quotes and was delightful, very informative and helped with final choices for both rooms.
I didn’t hesitate to go ahead as quote was very competitive.
Our fitter was James (Jimbo) who was very polite and did an excellent job fitting the blind in our study. The bay window in the lounge was a little more tricky as really needed the second fitter who had been called away so 2 other fitters appeared. Jacques and Ryan were also very polite and very friendly and solved the tricky issues straight away, so now we have beautiful, well fitted and fabulous quality blinds we are delighted with.
Loved how the guys chatted and supported each other to help get the job done, they really do work as a very efficient and supportive team and obviously love being part of a very professional company.
We would highly recommend using the Home Shutter Company to anyone considering shutters.

I love my new shutters and they fit perfectly. The man who came to measure my windows, nearly 5 months ago, was spot on with his measurements. The shutters were worth waiting for, despite the delays due to not being able to arrive at the docks in this country. Their office staff are very friendly and helpful too. The shutters are well made and much better than nets or curtains. My front room and bedroom look much bigger and brighter now. Dan, the fitter, did an amazing job and took great care to complete his work. I had great confidence in him. I’m very pleased I used The Home Shutter Company to complete my home.
