We had a fantastic experience with The home Shutter Company, from our initial visit from Ellie when she came round to measuring up and showing us sample pieces, it was done in a calm no pressure way.

But I was sold, and called the very same day to place my order! She was great!

We then had Mike come round and do a final once over and he was happy with everything too. A Very nice and polite guy too.

Throughout the whole order process, I was constantly emailed and was told what was happening and what stage we were at. I loved the sailing ship icon on each email to say where our shutters where heading next!

Hannah was lovely over the phone, with keeping us rest assured that we had nothing to worry about and they were definitely on their way!

I had a great experience with The Home Shutter Company. They were very professional, friendly, and easy to deal with from start to finish. The quality of the shutters is excellent, and they’ve made a big difference to my home. I would highly recommend them.

I spent a long time researching and speaking to different companies before choosing this one, and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, the service has been excellent.

The customer service team were helpful, responsive and professional throughout. The surveyor was knowledgeable, patient and took the time to guide us through the options without any pressure.

A special mention to Kyle, the fitter, who was absolutely brilliant. He was polite, respectful, incredibly tidy and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He also took the time to explain things clearly and left us with really helpful guidance and small touches that made a difference, which we really appreciated.

The quality of the shutters is outstanding, and I say that from experience. We previously had shutters fitted by another company that didn’t even last two years, so this was a full replacement. The difference in quality is clear to see.

The 15 year guarantee also gives real peace of mind.

What I particularly like is that this is an independent company, yet their service truly rivals, and exceeds, much larger companies. The attention to detail and care they show is second to none.

The Company fitted my beautiful shutters a few days ago. One guy who worked non stop all day leaving early evening. He made sure every detail was fitted exact taking time to make sure each of the four large windows looked amazing. They left me a care bag of spare slats, magnets and a feather duster. Explained how to open and close to maintain privacy How to clean and what not to use.
Any questions or help I can contact them anytime and all the work is guaranteed. I highly recommend this company and a special mention to Kyle the fitter who was polite and friendly. Thank you again.

Everyone at the Home Shutter Company were great, from start to finish. I loved getting the regular updates about the shutters and where they were in the world.
One slight blip with measurements for one window but quickly sorted. Would happily recommend!

Great experience from start to finish with this company. The whole process was smooth, from the initial measuring appointment through to the communication during the waiting period, everything felt well-organised and professional.

Installation was carried out by Jaques & James, who were both friendly, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. The finish is excellent and they made sure everything was clean and tidy before leaving.

Aftercare also seems really solid, which gives extra peace of mind. Overall, very happy and would definitely recommend.

Expert measuring service and no-pressure sales pitch was very welcome. Quote more than competitive with other companies. Constant updates on expected shipment dates. And our fitter was an absolute joy. Would highly recommend, I’m delighted with the product.

Our new shutters were installed recently and I couldnt be happier with the result! Harry was great and explained everything as he went along. Install time on the day was much quicker than I expected.
Only downside was the length of time for these to arrive but given the outcome, they were worth the wait! Great company and would highly recommend 😊

From the initial appointment for measurement to delivery I have been so impressed. Once the 50% deposit is paid you receive regular emails advising the stage of shutter manufacturing. The best one was advising my shutters were making their way around the Cape of good Hope. You are also offered temporary black paper blinds. Installation was excellent beautifully fitted with clean finishing. Installer explained everything regarding operation and left me a real feather duster 😊 Have already recommended them to five potential customers and will be ordering some for my patio door. Only thing they do take around 4-5 months to arrive so plan well ahead however the wait is definitely worth it. 👍🏽

Absolutely love our shutters, they complete our rooms. I wasn’t convinced I wanted shutters, spoke to a couple of other companies but the time they took to sort things out was ridiculous, found these guys on social media and everything was done asap.
Our windows weren’t easy as old house so everything was wonky so the fitters had their work cut out and the result is just fantastic. Thanks Joseph, super job.
