We would like to reassure readers that The Independent Pharmacy is a fully regulated UK online pharmacy. As part of our prescribing process, payment is taken when an order is placed, but all prescription requests remain subject to review by a qualified prescriber before medication can be supplied.
In some cases, a prescription cannot be approved due to clinical, regulatory or safety reasons. Where this happens, medication is not dispensed and a refund is always issued.
We appreciate that this can be disappointing, particularly if you were expecting treatment, and we continue to review how we communicate these outcomes to patients.

Amazing service
Amazing service! my GP made an error with my HRT which meant I would have to wait 4-5 days for a new prescription. I panicked at the thought of being without this and bought some at the Independent Pharmacy. The pharmacist/Dr reviewed my request carefully and it arrived the next day. I feel so grateful and relieved.

I’m really not happy with this…
I’m really not happy with this pharmacy. Truth be told they have been amazing in terms of communication. I bought Nizoral 2% antifungal cream for a small rash that I had and within 3 days of using the rash has tripled in size with a terrible itchy sensation. I complained to them and all they could offer me was to buy and try another product. Only God knows what they sold to me. Avoid them at all costs.
