Another negative review for this company... it is not getting better. Further to my previous complaint I now pay my payment by standing order. I made my payment yesterday on time and sent over a receipt (as they dont seem to have anyone checking the banks despite having to use your account number as the reference for them to identify you). Today I have had a threatening email to say they were unable to take my payment and I need to update my payment details so I replied with my receipt to show I had paid on time the day before. Again I have just had a final warning to say they cannot take my payment. I have also replied that I paid the day before and they shouldn't be trying to take any payment as I do not pay by direct debit due to them taking 2 payments previously by mistake. I have had to root through previous emails to find the person I originally dealt with and email them to say can someone sort it out because its every monthA the level of incompetence this company shows is absolutely shocking!

Very happy with the outcome, supported and looked after through every step. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

The people that I spoke to along my journey of sorting my depts were all very kind helpful respectful and understanding they all explained everything so clear they did make me feel shameless at all I will be very thankful to all of them

I was at my wits end worrying so much about how I was going to keep up with the payments to my creditors I reached out to clear path and they were fantastic then the insolvency group took over my case and again were extremely helpful , I have found out this morning that my iva has been accepted I can't tell anyone what a relief this is going forward and I am so grateful to the insolvency group

I came into this experience with alot of uncertainty and anxiety. Once I started talking to Charlotte and then Ahmed things began to feel a lot easier. They were both very knowledgeable and were extremely understanding with me and my situation. I would recommend to anyone feeling like they’re drowning in debt to get in contact with this company. They have been great and everything was done within a month. I feel a sense of relief now with the help of the insolvency group.
