I have order a few items online on 4th March and still not received them. I have been told they have been sent to courier which is Evri and it seems they have lost them or something dodgy is going on. I have tried contacting The Islamic Shop via email and telephone for last 2 days without in success. Very poor experience. The gifts were supposed to be for Ramadan which will have gone by the time this gets resolved or not.

Disappointed with cancellation of one item.
Although I was refunded promptly, one item I ordered was removed without explanation or anyone contacting me to offer an alternative. As it was a key part of my order (I am creating a resource bag to teach young children about the Islamic faith) I was disappointed.
The other items I ordered arrived promptly and are good quality.
