All 20 arrived safe

The items I bought were 2 pocket size perfumes to gift to someone. They arrived empty with nothing in it. I tried emailing the company to ask for a resend of the items but my emails kept bouncing back saying the email was not working for their company. So I paid money for 2 empty plastic bottles.

your service is worse than horrible. i have not received the parcel. i dont know whom to call. it is one week past the stated due date

I placed an order on December 16th, paying extra for express delivery, expecting my items to arrive within 2-3 days as promised. However, my order didn’t arrive until January 4th—nearly 3 weeks later! it became clear that the shop ordered the products from China and then shipped them to me, which is something I could have done myself, saving both time and money.

I tried reaching out multiple times via both email and phone to request a refund or at least resolve the issue, but I received no response. This lack of customer support, combined with the delayed delivery, has been incredibly frustrating. I feel completely let down by both the service and the communication. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable or honest service.

I know reviews can affect a business but the owner needs to know.

1. Ordered 3 ihrams. Took 20 days for delivery. It was shipped out on the 18th day

2. Contact is non existent. Phone is never answered. Email address is fake. Social media is inactive. You will not get a response.

3. Despite emailing for a refund - I am hesitant to send them back as there is no trustworthy communication.

4. I believe this is a genuine business, however they are unorganized and unreliable.

Until reviews improve, I do not recommend you use this business.

Great products and service!

I had ordered a Ihram online on 3rd Dec. When received I didnt like the quality so requested for a refund via email as mentioned in the refund policy. The email came back saying Delivery Status Notification (Delay). I left a message on the website but there was no response. Then I called and a gentleman answered. Informed him I would like to return the Ihram. He said he will send me the return label. I got the return label and I sent the item back the next day. The day after I got another Ihram from the same company. When checked my bank account I didn’t get any refund which means the Ihram was replaced and not a refund. I requested for a refund as I didn’t like the quality but the company replaced it instead of refunding. Now I have been chasing them via email, online chat and calls but there is no response. I have left voicemails too. Not happy with the service.

I really like it, the Quran size is A5 which is a bit small but can read it properly. Nd the scarf is Turkish which is really small , just big enough to cover ur head. i think a matching prayer mat would be nice with this gift set.

Good service by the shop!

Delivery company Evri is useless really wouldn’t use them they just kept delaying the delivery like they always do. Two of the hats I found to be quite tight can’t wear them they give me a headache. Happen want sizes on them.

Other than that I’d use this shop again they are prompt with processing your order.

The price of purchased item was very competitive compared to elsewhere, henceforth purchase. However, it took a long time for an evri delivery, this could be improved
