I was trying to say the worst. I not only was charged for the gift but I had to chase you down to find out it was out of stock. After that you assumed instead of a refund I would want you to credit there account. In my opinion this was not only unprofessional but I feel bullied into something I wouldn't have done. Three items ordered. Two were purchased via Macy’s. No gift or message card provided. The couple will think these two items are from me alone. The item from The Knot permitted me to fill out a message card with a message and who sent gifts. We are seven people sending three gifts totaling $356.96. I called Macy’s and asked if a card could be sent and I would email the names of people. I did this and supposedly information was to be sent to the warehouse. This did not happen. I spoke to someone at The Knot and was told it was not your responsibility once an item was purchased this way. It’s The Knot’s responsibity to provide message card. I would not have ordered these two Macy’s items if I k ew this would happen. I had to tell the mother of the groom who sent these items. I should not have had to do that. So much time was taken. It was not a pleasant experience. Let the buyer , me, know that no gift message card is provided unless DIRECTLY from the Knot website. I will never use the knot again.

I’m frustrated that I spent hours entering guest names and addresses into your platform assuming that data would integrate with the envelope addressing service, only to later learn I have to manually re-enter everything into a separate spreadsheet.
This creates unnecessary duplicate data entry, poor workflow design, and significant user friction. From a UX standpoint, users naturally expect address data already stored within the platform to be reusable across related services like envelope printing.
At no point was it clearly communicated that these systems were not integrated or compatible.
I’d appreciate assistance minimizing the need for redundant entry, as well as consideration for improving interoperability between these features for future customers.

I purchased a registry item, and expected the item to be mailed to the bride. That was May 3. An email arrived saying the gift was getting ready. I alerted the bride to let me know when the package arrived at her house so I could wrap it. . Patiently waiting, and receiving NO communication that the gift had been “sent”, I inquired. Only then I learned that an electronic “gift card” had been sent. This was a shower gift and spoiled my gift giving. I am extremely disappointed in the service,

Chat could not understand the problem and when I was finally connected to the support team and answered their questions, the only reply I got was “I didn’t quite catch that. Please rephrase your question. “ I’m trying to resolve the problem by emailing The Knot. I did finally get help after emailing The Knot and the problem has been correctly.

Easy to use website and received great customer service when I contacted them with a request.
One issue I had is when selecting an item that is not sold by Knot but by an partner website, the website doesn't automatically populate the newly weds chosen delivery address like it does for items sold by Knot. It should process the order in the same way as they're all items from the same wedding list.
