Able to do on mobile device but had to switch to IPad since couldn’t see the RSVP login on my iPhone. Liked the pics of the couple, and their Registry.

Their customer service was great

Their customer service was great. It was only 3 months between engagement and wedding so had very tight deadlines on printing. They helped me meet those deadlines with design changes included.

The invitations and rsvp received do not match the product shown or description on the website for color or foil. I reached out tongue Kbit and have not been able to resolve to this point.

I would put zero stars but I was not…

I would put zero stars but I was not allowed to do this.
This is the worst customer service I have ever received- horrible representatives.
I ordered a bridal shower gift from THE KNOT and put my address in, not the bride’s, so it could be sent directly to me. When I received the confirmation email it indicated that the bride would receive the gift. When I finally reached a customer service rep, less than an hour later, they indicated that they could not change it.
I will never use this site again. I will go directly to the company that has the item.

I wanted to edit my print order after I…

I wanted to edit my print order after I sent it. I emailed right after I caught the mistake & it took 48 hours for someone to respond to me after multiple attempts. They told me it was too late & the ink had already hit the paper….but, had they responded sooner I could have fixed it.
After my paper order shipped, they sent me a 40% off discount code. But I had already placed the order, so no use for it….

Confirming delivery of a gift is WAY too difficult

Your software informs the purchaser that their gift item has shipped, but it never confirms delivery has been made to the recipient. It took approximately 8 e-mails to get an answer as to whether or not my gift was actually delivered to the couple. The information should be automatic, not involve a lot of work on the purchaser's part. Disappointing.

Terrible for simple weddings

If you are planning a simple wedding with a venue like your own home or a park or backyard, forget using this app. There are no options for selecting that you aren't having a venue, aren't using a professional photographer, and are replacing the traditional cake with anything else. Simply put, if you aren't using a ton of vendors with a venue and a traditional wedding, the app isn't helpful at all.

Pros and cons

I like the website and registry features. Vendor listings and messaging are good. The planning checklist is sort of helpful, albeit clunky. The push notifications suck. I get a notification on my phone and click on it and it just takes me to The Knot and doesn’t show me what the notification is for. Ordering invitations was easy enough the first time. I ended up ordering a few more in a second order and despite not changing anything, I noticed that a word was missing on the envelopes and when I pointed that out, I got an email stating that my whole envelope order had been canceled. So now I have to order envelopes yet again. My wedding is in less than 90 days so this delay is very problematic.

Update: someone reached out and corrected the invitation issue, so the customer service gets an extra star.
