Wedding invitations came with the wrong address to my wedding. Have not heard back from anyone from the website to help me or offer a refund or offer to fix the issue. Beautiful invitations otherwise

I purchased a registry item that the couple had removed. Somehow it was still on the registry but I had no way of knowing they had removed it. They never received the item, and the vendor and The Knot deemed it non-refundable. So a wasted $100 except for the vendor that kept it. I will never engage nor recommend The Knot again and will be sure to warn people about using its registry services.

Ordered a gift for a friend from the knot. Had it shipped to myself as it was a part of a larger gift. I was informed when it was shipped but never given tracking information. Apparently UPS wouldn’t deliver the package unless I was home (no indication on why) but left a note. It took 3 days to get the package because I didn’t have my tracking number to provide them for verification and they put a different name above mine on the address listed. I don’t think I’ll purchase directly from the knot again.

we had a mis print on our invitations, the customer service was amazing! they were so nice and helpful! we got a free reprint and our new invitations were mailed to us within a few days! very happy with the service and how our invitations turned out!!

Outstanding customer service!!! We had a horrible turn of events when our wedding venue unexpectedly closed and cancelled our event 4 months prior to our reception- we already had our Knot invitations printed and prepared to mail out... We went to the Knot with hat in hands to ask for reprints, and braced ourselves, thinking we were about to lose money on unusable invitations. But they reprinted them with our new location, free of charge!! Words cannot express how grateful we are. Thank you so much to the Knot for generously accommodating us!

Overall it was great. A little disappointed in waiting 5 days after purchase before hearing back with the first draft. Invitations were turned around much quicker, especially given the complexity of the invitations vs place cards. Place cards only had a first name and only 23 of them.

My item from a bridal registry was available when I purchased it. Twelve days later I would receive a refund and an email stating that the product was available any longer. Your inventory should know at the time of purchase if it can fill the order placed! Waiting almost 12days to inform me causes me to try and order something else for my niece in time for the shower. This is not the kind of service I expect from the Knot!the only reason I gave it two star is because you issued the refund automatically and I didn’t have to track it down.

I ordered something not on the bridal registry and immediately called and they said they couldn’t cancel my order and I would try again. Because of this experience I would never buy from this store nor would I recommend it to my friends!! It was an honest error using your website and my payment went through and the gal said I will let them know and call u back to cancel my first order and let me try again. Never heard anything more!!

Seating chart should be able to import floor plans, drag/drop icons, place people. By extension, this could help formulate what tables would look like with chargers, centerpieces, votives, silverware, etc. this could integrate with creating a "vision" that vendors can see.
