Complete fake and scam, just loots our money, don't fall for it.
I thought they are another recruiting agency who does premium service for money and I paid it as I am looking for a change, but they never responded.

She responded to my email because I could not submit my resume and she could do it on her end. Very helpful.

ladders.in is complete fraud. Initially they asked to pay registration fee of 6800.00 RS and they gave some company names where the recruiters are interested and after that they asked to pay for another service 'broadcast service' costing 16800 where they will broadcast our resume and after enrolling the broadcast service they asked to pay 32000. Even they say 16800 & 32000 are reimbursable but no guarantee they are giving. If you ask for refund, they are saying us to pay 28% charges (GST18 + Conveyance charge 10%), further to that only they will process our refund.
The company customer care numbers are not working at all.
Grievance mail id's are fake.
This company is complete fake and spam. Please don't fall into this trap where they are targeting high paid employees.
