Anthony, attended my property and was a true professional. He conducted his investigation carefully and methodically, and after 2 1/2 hours of tracing he located the leak, he then set about exposing and repairing the damaged pipework.

Very thorough and although didn’t find the leak on the day, it was visible the next day. Only draw back, this was Christmas Eve! This was no fault of the engineer but more the way our system had been installed.

The engineer arrived on time, worked diligently, was clean, tidy and resolute. Unfortunately it all took longer than expected and although the leak was found, there was no possibility of fixing it without a builder to dig up the floor. I would definitely use them again

After a few google searches i chose to go with the Leak detection company after good reviews .
I can honestly say i felt happy paying for the services as the leak specialist Simon was a pleasure to deal with. He was punctual polite and kept me informed of his actions whilst thoroughly investigating my property for an underfloor leak in a grade 2 listed property.
Simon used a variety of different methods to locate the leak and was 99% certain the spot we chose to dig was the right one and as this involved lifting a flagstone floor was a brave statement.
The leak was exactly where he had identified and he set about replacing the defective pipework.
I was honestly expecting a much more traumatic experience but Simon seemed pretty upbeat about the leak once we had identified the location.
Would not hesitate to recommend the service and 100% happy with the repair.

AMAZING. They did not come. They did nothing, Because they made it perfectly clear that the issue was not bad enough to warrant their services.
They could EASILY have come, charged my hundreds of pounds for nothing. For this reason, for the integrity shown, I would give 6 stars if I could. Amazing.
