Sunny was the engineer. Apart from being highly qualified and experienced he was the nicest person.

Found via a Google search and chosen because of first impressions of website.

Nick was really friendly, and put the property owners at ease. He kept me informed throughout his visit and sent photos and videos with detailed explanations. Thorough and very helpful, highly recommended.

Great! After others failed to spot the problem, even though it was a simple one, it was found it within an hour! He then went on to double check everywhere and pressure tested the system. My engineer Simon was very pleasant and friendly, I felt at ease and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. It might seem expensive but it's worth it, especially if no one else can seem to help!

Two companies that we called could not detect the leak, so we called the Leak Detection Service and I’m glad we did.
Anthony came in with a big smile on his face, very friendly and willing to help. He explained everything he was going to do in detail, and in a short amount of time he found the leak. Once finished he left the area nice and tidy. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Very happy with leak investigation service, I had fluent communication with their office, then the investigation onsite was done, afterwards I received their detailed report, Its just the quote I expect, but overall great service! Recomend!

The technician Jamie was very professional and knowledgeable. Using an impressive range of technology and specialist detection tools he located the leak very quickly. He explained everything thoroughly and demonstrated to me all the evidence leading to his diagnosis. He then fixed the leak immediately with minimum fuss or damage.

Excellent service from The Leak Detection Company. Engineer was very professional and knowledgeable. The report they issued afterwards was very comprehensive and will be very helpful when submitting my insurance claim. Would definitely recommend this company if you have a leak that can't be easily accessed.

Incredible service from start to finish. Customer centric and just incredibly nice to deal with and extremely expert. From speaking to Samantha, who was extremely knowledgeable when fielding the call, to Sunny the engineer, arriving exactly at the time they said, and who worked diligently to establish what might be going on. He identified issues with the recent boiler installation and was proportionate in his approach and with his advice. I cannot recommend them highly enough

We have a Leak from our central heating system pipes.
The leak detection company were unable to trace the leak
4 hours later & a hefty bill we are no where closer to knowing where the leak is.
If the leak is Heating related & they are unable to find the leak you are charged
A complete waste of time
The equipment used is not fit for purpose in older pipe work houses & those with wood flooring unless it is all pulled up !

The Leak Detection Company were very quick and responsive in booking in with me. They found the leak and fixed it within 2 hours. Which 2 other plumbers couldn't locate. Yes it's expensive, but honestly very friendly, professional and explained all the process / costs. Just glad to get the very costly leak sorted so quickly. Other leak detection companies charge similar costs but often don't fix it. That was what was the deciding factor for me

Sunny was great. He was friendly and polite and worked thoroughly to make sure he worked out all the necessary procedures to eradicate the possibility of our damp issues being caused by any pipe work. I found the overall cost a bit high but to be fair the cost was transparent up front on the phone and no extra charges were made so I greatly appreciate that.

The leak detection company were amazing. Called them late on Wednesday to say I had a suspected leak, they came out the next morning and uncovered the source. While they couldn’t solve my leak that day they gave me a recommendation to who could assist with the more technical repair and got me booked in with them asap.
