We would like to clarify that withdrawals made to the same credit card used for deposits are processed as refunds of previous card transactions. For this reason, the refunded amounts may appear as separate entries on your card statement rather than as a single transaction for the total withdrawal amount.

Please also note that banks display refund transactions differently. Some may show refunds as negative (-) amounts, while others may display them as positive (+) amounts or as credits. These entries represent funds being returned to your card and not additional charges.

Regarding your US$250 withdrawal, the remaining US$50 refund notification may appear later today or tomorrow.

If you need any further clarification regarding the format of the refund transactions shown on your statement, we recommend contacting your bank, as they can confirm how these transactions are displayed on your account.

The draw you participated in was the Australia Saturday lottery, where all prizes and jackpots are awarded in Australian dollars (AUD). Your prize in the third category was AU$8.50, which was converted to US dollars because your account is set up in USD. Based on the applicable exchange rate on the day of the conversion, the prize amount was credited as US$5.96.

Please also note that while some lotteries allow the purchase of a single line, most require a minimum purchase of between 2 and 6 lines. This enables us to offer our services at a reasonable price while maintaining the wide range of features available to our customers.
